That when MPs and ministers are found to be acting as dodgy - now, that word ‘dodgy’ has been used this morning by Alistair Graham about the reported expenses-claiming conduct of Tony McNulty, currently a POVERTY-creation DWP minister {and a Crossrail Scam-peddling Department for [!!!!!] Transport minister in 2004-2005} - then there is no legitimacy in the decisions they make IN THE NAME OF THE PEOPLE...And as even a Tory, Alan Duncan, could come across as being almost truthful and to the point about Tony McNulty, there is no room for waiting before questioning these ‘ministers’ assumption that they should be trusted.. They should not be trusted. They have shown that they cannot be trusted. “Constant auditing of their behaviour is what is called for”. And since Tony McNulty was involved in the [conceptual as opposed to the physical, the material] cobbling together of the ‘DfT’ ‘case for Crossrail’ in the days before the ‘Crossrail Bill’ was formally put before the UK House of Commons on 22 February 2005 [4 years and a month and a day ago today, Monday 23 March 2009], it is utterly important to cite McNulty’s latest role and conduct as relevant evidence in making the renewed call to scrap the Crossrail scam on the ground that it was got together within the DfT by less than ethically soundly active personnel. As even McNulty himself has been shown to have admitted under pressure from the Mail on Sunday investigation, he has DROPPEd the dodgy claims and has knowledge of many other MPs still engaged in the dodgy practice.….It is so important top ask: with MPs behaving at such a low and morality-free way, what chance was there that ANY Bill, including the Crossrail Bill, would have been treated with the intellectual rigour that they deserved? And we know from the records that the Crossrail Bill [rubber stamped in July 2008 into the ‘Crossrail Act’] was NOT even debated during its passage through the two Houses where selections of stooged parliamentarians were used to give the scam the ‘formal nod’. Except for the ritual debase staged on 19 July 2005 when stooged MP after stooged MP brayed for the Big Business scam...With a single recorded exception. Time now for all the stooges to confess to their collusion and for Gordon Brown to scrap the scam without any further delay... Why? Because when a previously insignificant Tory ‘MP’ like Alan Duncan can begin to make sense when he derides Gordon Brown and credibly describes Gordon Brown as being in a HOLE of debts all of his [Brown] making then there is no room for doubting the oncoming defeat that Brown and Darling are bringing about.…defeat of democracy, sustainability, sense.….. Campaign against Big Business Crossrail hole scam agenda…

The online item from the London EVENING nostandards STANDARD that we have linked to this commentary contains the same set of lying for Crossrail that we have demonstrated to be contained in ALL the plugs and peddling that the DAILY MAIL Group-controlled London EVENING STANDARD has done for Big Business at least since June 2003.

We shall examine this latest item in the course of the next few hours.

We shall again show that the EVENING nostandards STANDARD has constantly contradicted its own 'codes'. codes of alleged journalism that it employs on 'reporting' on other issues. It suspends the code of accuracy, truthfulness and objectively when it comes to peddling the Crossrail scam..

We pointed out the outrage to the lying East London Idiotiser. It has remained LYING on that assertion and failed to pub publish the truth. And it has continued to publish lies for Crossrail despite ALL the information, advice, updates, clarification, pointers that the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign has made available to the ‘East London Idiotiser’.

In the current week, in fact in the past 24 hours, the East London Idiotiser has published a headline to a piece it as published online plugging the CRASSrail scam ‘station’ allegedly to be built in Canary Wharf… Canary Wharf is a spot, a name and an agenda that is being implemented for the benefit of the Big Business operatives seeking to continue to rob the ordinary society and the ordinary community of our share of the resources…. Canary Wharf is physically situated in a bit of the ‘inner city’, ‘most deprived borough in the Country’ Tower Hamlets…. But it is a thousand miles or more removed from the ordinary community of people in the ordinary parts of the same inner city most deprived London borough of Tower Hamlets….

He had not done so.

Bishops deliver damning verdict on Britain under Labour rule
Leading bishops in the Church of England have launched a withering attack on the Government questioning the morality of its policies.

Five of the Church’s most senior figures said the Government now presided over a country suffering from family breakdown, an unhealthy reliance on debt and a growing divide between rich and poor.
The Bishop of Manchester accused Labour of being “beguiled by money” and “morally corrupt”.
The Bishop of Hulme said they were “morally suspect” and the Bishop of Durham said they had reneged on their promises.
They were joined by the bishops of Winchester and Carlisle who claimed ministers had squandered their opportunity to transform society and run out of steam.
The bishops said Labour sacrificed principled politics and long-term solutions for policies designed to win votes. One described the Government as “tired” and another said its policies were “scandalous”.
Meanwhile, in an article for The Sunday Telegraph, David Cameron accused Gordon Brown of leading Britain to the “brink of bankruptcy”.
The Conservative leader said the “debt crisis”, which he claimed was the Government’s responsibility alone, would serve as the Prime Minister’s “political epitaph”.
Although they were speaking independently in a series of interviews with The Sunday Telegraph, the bishops’ common criticisms reflect the deepening rift between the Government and the Church on social and moral issues. Relations have become increasingly fractious following condemnation of Mr Brown’s spending plans by Dr Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, and the publication of a report that accused the Government of marginalising the Church.
In February, the General Synod, the Church’s parliament, will hold a debate on the implications of the financial crisis that is expected to lead to heavy criticism of the Government. The Rt Rev Tom Wright, the Bishop of Durham, said ministers had not done enough to help the poor.
“Labour made a lot of promises, but a lot of them have vanished into thin air,” he said. “We have not seen a raising of aspirations in the last 13 years, but instead there is a sense of hopelessness.
“While the rich have got richer, the poor have got poorer. When a big bank or car company goes bankrupt, it gets bailed out, but no one seems to be bailing out the ordinary people who are losing their jobs and seeing their savings diminished.”
The Rt Rev Nigel McCulloch, the Bishop of Manchester, condemned Labour for encouraging people to get further into debt. “The Government has acted scandalously. This is not just an economic issue, but a moral one. It’s about what we value,” he said.
“The Government believes that money can answer all of the problems and has encouraged greed and a love of money that the Bible says is the root of all evil. It is morally corrupt because it encourages people to get into a lifestyle of believing they can always get what they want.”
Bishop McCulloch said New Labour was guilty of pursuing the policies championed by Margaret Thatcher, which the Church condemned in its landmark 1985 report, Faith in the City. It blamed Thatcherite policies for the growth of spiritual and economic poverty in Britain’s inner cities.
“Both administrations have been beguiled by money,” said Bishop McCulloch.
“It is ironic that under a Labour government we have the poor feeling they have been betrayed and the gap is getting ever greater. Any government of integrity would have exercised restraint, but this has been sadly lacking.”
The Rt Rev Stephen Lowe, the Church’s Bishop for Urban Life and Faith and also the Bishop of Hulme, said: “The Government isn’t telling people who are already deep in debt to stop overextending themselves, but instead is urging us to spend more.
“That is morally suspect and morally feeble. It is unfair and irresponsible of the Government to put pressure on the public to spend in order to revive the economy.”
Bishop Lowe suggested that it was a cynical ploy to improve the economy in time for the next general election.
“They are trying to take the credit for this, but are playing with people’s livelihoods in the process.” The bishop commissioned a Church report, Moral, But No Compass, published earlier this year, which said Labour had failed society and marginalised the Church.
It revealed the level of unease felt among senior clerical figures over the direction being taken by the Government.
The Rt Rev Graham Dow, the Bishop of Carlisle, and the Rt Rev Michael Scott-Joynt, the Bishop of Winchester, said Labour deserved credit for some past achievements but it was struggling to balance its conscience with the pressure to win the next election.
“I agree with the Conservatives that the breakdown of the family is a crucial element in the difficulties of our present society,” said Bishop Dow.
“The Government hasn’t given sufficient support to that because it is scared of losing votes.” He argued that Labour’s failure to back marriage and its “insistence on supporting every choice of lifestyle” had had a negative effect on society. “I think Labour has got tired,” he said. Bishop Scott-Joynt said: “The Government hasn’t done anything like enough to help those less well off, particularly in terms of tax redistribution. There also has been the disaster of the 10p tax.
“It is imperative that this Government help the poorer people and hold the hard-hit communities in its sights, but it seems to have its eye on re-election instead.”
A senior ministerial source said: “The Government has a proud record on promoting fairness and opportunity for all, combating poverty and in tackling Third World debt and promoting international development.
“We also believe it is morally right to provide real help and resources to people facing unemployment or worried about losing their homes.”
*Gordon Brown will use his New Year message to pledge to work with Barack Obama, the US President-Elect, to end the economic crisis and get to grips with climate change. The Prime Minister will say that the main challenge of 2009 will be to build a “better tomorrow, today”.

Northing of the truth.... In any event that interview was a re-statement of what the BBC man doing the interviewing, had been saying all along. That the banks were not lending to each other...It must have been a personal 'achievement' [to be added to Peston's over-hyped and fake CV on the whole matter of his having broken so many of the 'downturn' 'stories' in the past 3 months, as incredibly suggested by the Daily Mail group of UK media] on Robert Peston's part to hear Darling repeat what Peston had said.... The clue is to be found in the answer to the question - which one of the two had been pocketed first by the propaganda lobby for Big Business? Peston or Alistair Darling?

MSP Robert Brown has attacked the lack of any commitment to bridging the gap between the South/West and North/East railway lines feeding into Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations.

The Glasgow Liberal Democrat MSP gave his frank account following a statement made in the Scottish Parliament by the SNP Government on the Strategic Transport Projects Review.

Mr Brown, a long-time campaigner for the Glasgow Crossrail project, said the Transport Minister appeared to be living in a “transport dreamland” where he had failed to tackle the biggest challenges, and the transport projects announced had neither proper costings nor timescales attached to them.

Mr Brown said: “Rail travellers from Rutherglen and Cambuslang, and from the south of Glasgow – to say nothing of Ayrshire and Renfrewshire – have to put up with the 15 minute hike from Central Station to Queen Street, if they are travelling to Edinburgh, Aberdeen or the North.

“The Crossrail project would deal with the problem and boost the Scottish economy by attracting many new passengers from road to rail and cutting travel times and inconvenience. There is a very favourable report on Crossrail from as recently as this year and I do hope it won’t simply end up as another dusty report in a file.

“It is quite incredible that the SNP Government have missed this opportunity to make a substantial difference to the network in the Greater Glasgow area.”

In this review of the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against Crossrail in 2008 and the evaluation and assessment of the UK media in promoting the ‘case’ of Big Business craving even more £Billions from the ordinary UK population, I am taking a look at some of the persistent symbols of the ailment that afflicts the over-hyped ‘British media’..

Contrary to the hype and the marketing, the British media is as corrupt, as ignorant, and as undemocratic and anti-democracy as it ever was…It is because of these reasons that a community or a city or a population cannot rest assured of any assurance that any part of the mainstream British media may proffer about its being vigilant.......

The community, the people must remain alert as much about the role of the position holders in the central state as much as in the local and the regional states… And the people must treat the media for what it is in Britain: an adjunct of the state and the power-holding minority that is allowed to carry on without having to submit to any democratic scrutiny [inside the elected chambers ands halls] or media accountability…….

Crass is not far from corrupt. In fact, the two words and the concepts they denote are very similar.

In the context of ‘Crossrail’, 'crass' and 'corrupt' are easily interchangeable.

The Rupert Murdoch-ed London Times has over the past 14 months or so , published a number of my comments on the Times online web site.

But more often than not those items have been published under conditions of undue resistance by the ‘editors’. employed in the Murdoch organisation. They have resisted the comments and have only published them, in the majority of the cases, following repeated de facto demands for them to justify suppressing them. Or demands made to them to explain what ethics or morality or evidence, IF ANY, they were following in their intention to violate the right to make perfectly valid comments on the item concerned AS PUBLIHSED by them.

Several of those have NOT been directly about CRASSrail. But the ones that the Rupert Murdoch-ed Times online has persisted in suppressing have related to the core of the corruptly contrived Crossrail scam.

The most representative instance has been around the Murdoch Times’ persistent refusal to publish ANY comment whatever from anybody at all about their quite inelegant, embarrassing and low level sales-pitch for and promotion of Michael Snyder.

Now, Snyder is and has been at the very centre of the corrupt Big Business propaganda and operational enterprise based in the City of London peddling the fabrications designed to make Crossrail appear ‘vital for London’.

In the earlier part of 2008, the Times business interests promoter with supplicatory attitude to the City of London, ran a piece that reads like a CV for Michael Snyder..

That piece is an item of evidence for any ethical and even general study of the corruption of the UK media generally and of the Times [to the extent that it could still be corrupted after Murdoch seized control of the Times titles] …

I knew, from the contents of the plug piece for Snyder and from the Times’ persistence in refusing to publish any factual comments about Snyder that that plug was in aid of something …..That it had to be part of something other than just a plug in a newspaper and its web site..,. like a Knighthood for Snyder…

And lo and behold, they did manage to obtain ‘delivery’ of a knighthood for Snyder whom they had painted as an awesome influence for Crossrail….

That Times plug for Snyder was as corrupt, as untrue and untruthful as any plug that the City of London has ever made about itself being in any way socially responsible….

"CRASS arithmetic indeed. £150 million, EVEN IF ACTUALLY DELIVERED, is NOT a significant amount in a scam that will cost over 16 thousand million pounds at December 2008 prices. Most of the cost will be borne by ordinary people paying extra taxes. Also, the 'local' Tower Hamlets Council has given planning permission in effect for property speculation. And land acquisition. This is NOT wealth creation."

KHOODEELAAR has been telling Brown for years that peddling the Big Business conglomerates’ agenda of Crossrail as a ‘guaranteed way to win votes’ was irresponsible callous and wasteful.

And that when ALL sectors of society are experiencing dire shortage of necessary investments and expenditure, putting £Billions into project like Crossrail that was economically a wasteland, was irresponsibility epitomised

The brazenness of Livingstone's lie, the crassness of Livingstone's lie were not to be found just in the disgraceful locating.……..that he had lied to benefit the ‘East End of London’. It was spread all over the entire exhibition. The whole immoral, shameless display by the careerist Livingstone. was in fact IGNORED by BOTH Boris Johnson and Brian Paddick!

Dacre of the DAILY MAIL was being promoted via the BBC as having delivered a solemn-sounding spiel at a ‘professional gathering’ of ‘British journalists’ to the effect that a lone High Court judge was endangering the very foundations of constitutionality in the country. Dacre in effect accused the judge of making laws by the back door. As if that were not untruthful enough, Dacre made it worse by linking his accusation to the ‘dreadful’ Human Rights Act [1998].

That was another LIE by Dacre. The lie was multi-faceted. Thus needing diagnosis. I have done the preliminary examination of Dacre’s dire duplicitous lines.

Here I connect it to the rest of the lies being perpetrated via the media in Britain. Especially the lie that the media in fact AIDED when Livingstone admitted to it.

That boast by Livingstone that he had LIED was allowed to go unreported and by the mainstream [!!!!!!!!] media in the UK because the agenda that aided Livingstone's lying was part and parcel of the same CONSTRUCTION Conglomerates.….... As endangered Blaired MP after endangered Blairing MP stood up to denounce the 3rd Run away scam, they ALL kept within ‘loyal’ language. None of them would wish to be seen to be rocking the boat… But they did speak almost truthfully. So far as the illogicality and the unsustainability of the 3rd Runway was concerned…. As a £230M funding package from BAA toward the £16bn Crossrail project was announced this week, the Mayor of London Boris Johnson stated that there is not enough ‘cash to do everything we would like’ in terms of major transport projects.

In his ‘Way to Go’ paper, which sets out his vision for transport in the capital, Johnson says ‘one thing we cannot do is spend tens of millions keeping projects alive, for political reasons, when there is simply no government funding to deliver them’.

The Crossrail project, which he describes as ‘vital’ to the future of the city, is guaranteed to go ahead.

A spokesman for the Mayor’s office confirmed that a number of projects would be dropped under Transport for London’s business plan for the next 10 years. The plan was discussed at a TfL board meeting this week and is due to be published.

Crossrail will provide direct services from Heathrow airport through central London, the City and Canary Wharf and out to Shenfield and Abbey Wood.

Economists warn that public spending may be slashed over next three years

The rate of decline in construction output over the next three years could double if the government reins in public spending after its £50bn bail out of Britain’s banks.

The warning, from the Construction Products Association (CPA), came after the government spent £37bn on shares in the Royal Bank of Scotland, HBOS and Lloyds TSB.

The move should improve the short-term fortunes of the industry by unlocking capital. But economists have warned that the cost of the deal will put the government under pressure to cut investment levels announced in last autumn’s Comprehensive Spending Review – and leave the industry with workload that decreases faster than expected over the next three years.

The CPA calculates that if the government cut back its spending to 2007 levels during 2009 and 2010, output would fall 12% between now and 2011. At present the association is predicting a 6.7% decline, which is based on the assumption that investment in education, healthcare and infrastructure will offset falling demand in the private housing and commercial sectors. It is now urging the government to keep to its spending commitments despite the financial upheavals.

Jonathan Hook, head of construction and engineering at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, said: “The bail out is a double-edged sword. There are an awful lot of positives in terms of what it does for the market, and existing PFI schemes will be easier to fund. The downside is that there must be question marks over the public sector spending programme. More likely than scrapped, programmes could be delayed.”

Despite committing itself to capital spending of more than £70bn by March 2011 in the Comprehensive Spending Review, the government can, in theory, change its plans by arguing that the economic situation has changed.

Experts said this week that such a move would be unlikely to come in November’s pre-Budget report, but that it may be on the cards by next spring.

Michael Ankers, chief executive of the CPA, said: “I think it will take some time to work out if the situation has stabilised, and then the government will have to decide on a strategy – whether they have no option but to cut, or whether they think the recession is so bad they need to spend to keep the economy going.”

Richard Whittington, UK head of building and construction at KPMG, said that whether or not Labour remained in government beyond the next election he expected cuts. He said: “The tax take will be down, and bigger projects across all sectors could be at risk.”

Transport
Transport infrastructure, despite a planned investment of almost £10bn until 2011, is likely to be the first casualty should public spending be cut, as many infrastructure projects are relatively costly without being obvious vote-winners. Road spending would probably be first on the block, and economists have also expressed doubt over the £16bn Crossrail scheme, as it’s often easier to take a big slice of spending out in one go.

Education
Education is a safer bet than transport owing to its popularity with the electorate, but the government may still look to slow down spending on schemes such as the £45bn Building Schools for the Future programme (without visibly scrapping any schools). A spend programme of £2.3bn on universities could be mothballed without a public outcry, and the fact that the £7bn primary schools programme does not start until next spring makes it possible that this could be slowed.

The NHS
This sector is likely to escape cuts, according to the experts. With an ageing population inclined to become irate at any decline in the quality of care, and a proportionately smaller amount of public spend to play with, the NHS is likely to escape largely unscathed. The £1bn express Lift programme, announced earlier this month, should go forward, and the sector will be boosted by the trend away from large PFI projects, which would have sucked up capital.

Housing
With private housing starts at record lows, and the government maintaining that it wants to build 3 million homes by 2020, it is unlikely to cut back new-build social housing. The target of 45,000 social homes by the end of the spending review period is unlikely to be reached, but that will not be because of less money in the pot. If the government does cut back, it’s more likely to be on its decent homes initiative, as repair and maintenance isn't so visible to voters.

they brought in one of the most embarrassing emblems of ethnicity-linked careerism, a man they described as ‘emeritus professor’, and addressed as ‘Lord Desai’.

He does not deserve the BBC’s promotion. Let alone complicity in the awful insult he heaped on the just-deceased thinker. Desai compared Galbraith with the British faker and convicted criminal Jeffrey Archer!

We the licence payers have something to say about the BBC’s choice of ‘work’ which they spend our money on.
That work, that interview with the ignoramus Desai, constituted neither work, nor service.

In the alleged interview, the LSE-linked ignoramus Professor Desai displayed his own total ignorance of the discipline of economics and what is more he showed just how deeply sunk in the mire of selfishness, greed and corruption he himself was.

He dismissed JK Galbraith as an economist and then sang the praise of Market capitalism, globalisation in the most shameless way possible. He then said that he never liked Galbraith, anyway!

The licence payers of the UK must demand to know why our licence paying money is being wasted and misused by the BBC giving airtime to such completely bad elements who spread the gospel of capitalist uncare, discare where there should be much more space and time given to the propagation of the truth about our world and how the truly liberating ideas of educators must be at the centre of our knowledge about events.

The ignoramus Desai is not any description of source for anything remotely to do with the truth. He is a fabricator and the BBC should know better than to allow a practised fabricator and surrogate to be given any platform where only the truth about capitalism will be acceptable. No room for lies. For to allow any lies about economics to be aired as if it has any backing of scholarship would be to violate the rights of so many millions whose very existence is threatened and denied by the oppressive gospel of market economics and capitalism.

Galbraith’s contributions included the fact that he brought out into the open some of the crucial evidence about how the corrupt market capitalism – and Globalisation in today’s terminology- operates. In the society that is dominated by the worlds vilest violators of human rights.

If nothing else, that achievement by Galbraith was much more significant than the stupid LSE Desai has any ability to recognise.
The question is: what agenda was the BBC Radio Four editor or programme commissioners operating under?

Khoodeelaar! The East End of London campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill notes the unconstitutional attitude as expressed by the transport minister Tom Harris in your report.

Mr Harris is showing undemocratic contempt for the principles and the practice of the sovereignty of parliament by expressing the presumption that he does not believe “that anyone wants the bill to be infinitely delayed or, worse still, cancelled”

Where, in any of the recorded contributions from any MP was there any suggestion of infinite delay?

Mr Harris is using stock phrases so typical of machine placemen in regimes that abhor democratic scrutiny of executive plots.

The particular Crossrail hole plot is linked with Big Business lobby of regional and UK central executive careerists and time-servers typified by the likes of the ‘Undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone.

Livingstone has hogged most of the limelight around Gordon Brown’s recent and unconvincing subscription to the mysterious merits of this scheme as the answer to the pressing transport needs of the people of London.

The various promotional utterances by the Gordon Brown entourage during the first week of October 2007 around the CrossRail hole plot were all staged as part of the now-thwarted snap election that Brown was almost ready to call.

That snap poll alone was Brown’s reason for staging the stunt about ‘CrossRail’. Fur the best part of the previous decade, as the UK Finance Minister, Gordon Brown and Ken Livingstone had not agreed on any of the substantive issues especially about matters to d with the public finance of private infrastructure projects.

How significant therefore that these very two adversaries suddenly found themselves behaving - for rather pretending en stages that had been specially set up in and metaphorically] around Bournemouth in September 2007- as if they had been inseparable twins for as long as memory served!

And just days before Brown was poised to call a snap election!

It is already emerging that Livingstone was 'perhaps' a tad too hasty to celebrate the ‘deal’ by claiming that he had ‘delivered’ CrossRail, thus showing up any tangible opponent to his ambition to remain the occupant of the ego-boosting office of ‘Undone mayor’ forever!

A democratic debate and scrutiny in any legitimate forum, far from being a tendency towards delaying an appropriate and sound plan, can ensure that any serious drawbacks that are found in or that remain in any plan that is supposed to be backed by several £Billions of public cash are dealt with thus sparing the public and the public purse avoidable wastes and losses in the future.

However, even if there were evidence to support the demand for a thorough review and examination of the transport needs in London in the context of the Uk economy including the central factor of the choice of the optimum mode of transport to meet the present and the mid term needs, such as Khoodeelaar! has been making for nearly 4 years of opposition to the current CrossRail hole plot, the likes of Tom Harris do not seem disposed to tolerate the emergence of such a rational answer to the transport problems.

Instead, they have gone for the fanatical short cut: they utter the mantra of Crossrail rather than talk about addressing the huge transport needs that the UK economy must see met and the capacity of the economy.

They have been behaving like a cult that has been recruited to the secret Crossrail plan which they insist must be supported by £Billions of public money but without parliamentary or democratic scrutiny!

Those who have been placed as the current UK Govt front men and women to tout for the CrossRail plot – as distinctly different from arguing for the democratically arrived at solution/s to the transport needs such as a mode that best suits the given regional and strategic needs, the demands and the sustainable capacity of the UK public purse have been discrediting their own claims to be respecters of the democratic process of decision-making by undermining even the most tokenistic of debates, the most pliant of scrutinies by exaggerating the adverse effects of upholding democracy!

During the Second Reading held in the House of Commons in July 2005, the then CrossRail hole plot Bill minister Alistair Darling led the insertion into the terms of reference for the ‘CrossRail Bill select committee of MPs’ of a BARRIER, a ban
Thus preventing that select committee from scrutiny the ‘Crossrail Bill’!

So the utterances by Tom Harris must be to do with the fact that even he knows that when the same Bill goes to the currently constituted Upper Chamber and is subjected to the corresponding select committee procedures, it may actually be scrutinised in an unpredictable way, so unpredictably that the truth about the fundamentally flawed nature of the plot may come out!

Is that what Tom Harris is aware of and is ‘career wise’ ‘worried’ about?

If it is, he is right to be worried!

Because no honest, informed and responsible scrutiny of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ as it is, can support it in the context of the economy, the society, the environment and the finance."

East End community campaign against Crossrail hole scam denounces the 'legacy' of idiocy by Crossrail hole scam-backing MP!

Campaigning members of the community in the East End of London last night told employees of the outfit linked with the ‘Crossrail’ scam that the House of Commons ‘Crossrail Bill’ ‘select committee’ [2006] had been a disgrace and that the roil played by the MP who blocked the presentation of evidence against Crossrail was a scandal and a crime against democracy.

The community boycotted a CRASSrail promoting manipulation event last night and instead held a campaigning meeting in the Greatorex Street. It was the 4th anniversary of the first demonstration [held on 22 October 2004] against the Crossrail hole role of the local Tower Hamlets Council .

The meeting decided to invite the ward councillors to a campaign question and answer session to be held on 27 October 2008. ALL wards that are affected by the Crossrail holes assaults in the E1 area have been invited to attend the meeting. The invitation has been sent this morning [Friday 10 October 2008] to Martin Smith and Isabella Freeman to pass on to the relevant councillors.

The BBC has reported in its 2100 GMT news bulletin on the NEWS Channel thatAlistair Darling has confessed to being surprised that people are 'pissedoff' with the Blaired party....'Part of the blame lies with the cabinetitself', says Karin Giannone, the presenter who took over at 2130 GMT fromthe previous one in the evening who had fronted the 2100 GMT news.... This 'candid' confession by Alistair Darling has been described by theBBC to be 'usual' and uncharacteristic and as a possible'fightback' by darling facing a likely demotion in a touted aboutreshuffle by Gordon Brown in his cabinet. Whatever the full truth, it is clear from Darling's dressed up'diatribe' issued by the pernicious, the poisonous Guardian, that theDarling cabinet man is involved in a tussle with one or more than one
of hiscolleagues inside the Brown-fronted Blaired 'team'. The intervention is likely to be 'chewed over' by all sorts of mediatalking heads over the weekend. As far as Khoodeelaar! is concerned. we can say without any speculation being necessary, that WE TOLD YOU SO!that Alistair darling is not to be trusted. Especial; when he makes bold claims for which there is no substance in fact. Civil engineering contractors are reporting a slide in workloads compared to earlier this year.
The sector had largely escaped the woes that have beset the housing market and the commercial and office sectors.

But the latest quarterly report by the Civil Engineering Contractors Association reveals that there are now more firms carrying out less work than in the previous quarter.

Ceca's quarterly workload trends survey – which measures the difference between the number of contractors reporting higher workloads compared to the number reporting reduced workloads – shows the overall balance for the country is now down to – 17 per cent, compared to a rise of 39 per cent in April.

Contractors surveyed said all roads, water and sewage works had decreased over May, June and July, as had work in the utilities and communications sectors.

Ceca director Rosemary Beales said big-ticket civils jobs needed to come on stream quickly.

She added: "Major projects such as Crossrail and nuclear need to move forward at a steady pace if the Government is to combat this loss of confidence."

Rail and airports showed positive balances, while harbours and water ways remained neutral.

In terms of regions, England has experienced the biggest decrease in work – going from 45 per cent in January to –22 per cent last month. Wales also reported a downturn, while Scotland is the only positive region – where confidence remains at 16 per cent.

But Ceca Scotland chief executive Alan Watt admitted contractors could still come under pressure due to decreasing workloads.

He added: "Although we are still pretty confident that the Scottish Government's major public sector infrastructure programme is secure we're becoming increasingly concerned that the housing market slump could get worse."

Mr Watt also called on the Scottish Government to confirm the details of the Scottish Futures Trust so that work can continue on schools, hospitals and infrastructure projects.

In the TEN months that have passed, no acknowledgement from Crossrail has been received. No reply has either been received. It is to be noted for the purpose of evidence that the -e-mail was sent to the GENERAL Crossrail e-mail address. Which means that ANY responsible employee would have had access to the inbox and they should have dealt with the e-mail. Except that Crossrail company DECIDED against acknowledging the communication.

By failing to BOTH acknowledge RECEIPT AND REPLY TO THE COMMUNICATION< the CLRL company again showed their defiance to the constitutional and legal duty to answer questions about the effects of the CRASSrail hole plan on the community.

This instance shows that the CLRL company behaved crassly. As it has been on the overwhelming number of occasions in the context.

Crossrail hole plot-promoting, clueless Harriet Harman is not doing Brown any favours by her banal, scripted utterances...

It was Harriet Harman, none other than the Heartless one herself, who boasted less than a fortnight ago that the 'House', the Commons that is, would not 'rise' [that is, would not sit down=would not go on the two month long holiday!] until the speaker had confirmed that 'Royal Assent' had been given to the 'Crossrail Bill'!

And why was Harriet wrong to make that statement?
Answer: Because she was behaving there like an insensitive, irresponsive, uncaring, unheeding, unaccountable, irresponsible member of a legislature.... and that she was taking part in the breaking of the constitution........ because she knew that the Crossrail Bill was being allowed through without complying with the due procedures and the processes of constitutionality that the Crossrail Bill was a pack of lies... that it was a product of and linked closely with undemocratic, unaccountable and identified by name forces of greed that in fact plotted to pocket £billions of public money under the cover of Crossrail.....that her pretentious pronouncements in paraded protestations all day throughout the day today Sunday 27 July 2008 are untrue. Untruthful. And unfounded on fact. She voted for the Crossrail Bill all the way. She never even paused to ask if the people in the East End of London or indeed in the centre of the Mayfair area in west London had had our objections heard by Parliament. Harriet Harman is a known failure as a minister. She lost the job as Blair’s first cabinet minister in control of the Social Security Department [=DSS] [=now = DWP] . She did not get to grips with the subject. She in fact allowed the starving of hundreds of thousands of people..... She knew that she was responsible for the people being forced into starvation for no reason.... Was that economic? What economics does Harriet Harman understand? What evidence has she ever shown of the legality, the ECONOMIC justification for casting hundreds of thousands of people into poverty in Britain? That was in 1997-1998... Ten years on , she has the gall to utter today, ten years on from her terrible role at the DSS in 1997-1998 about ‘an economic problem’! Does she mean ONE economic problem? Or does she mean a problem that is economic? With harriet harman, there is no telling whether she is speaking with knowledge or whether she is appearing with a scripted utterance just to put a gloss on a devastating state of affairs...... Is that state anything to do with lack of respect fro people? With Harriet, definitely not. Harriet Harman’s achievement is that as a token, she has achieved herself a corner in the book of records. But she has done so at the expense of the rights of hundreds of thousands of families. She has sacrificed the human rights and violated the dignity of millions of individuals. at And shed has neglected the needs of similar numbers of children... Today, Sunday 27 July 2008, Harriet Harman has been speaking about her awareness of peoples’ struggle;e in making ends meet! She is in fact being sued by Gordon Brown as his voice today...How dare Harriet Harman talk about peoples’ hardship and refer to peoples’ struggles with making ends meet? She is the problem. She is the symbolic problem and she is also the constitutional problem... shall expose Harriet Harman’s hollowness in detail in this series of comments... One key problem that has forced so many people into the struggling position is the lack of honour in the actions and the utterances of the Govt to which Harriet belongs and off which Harriet takes the obvious 'satisfaction'....Personally, she is doing well in her career But she is doing so by sinking so many peoples’ hopes and rights..... She is the one that has been now plugging for the Big Business agenda Govt...She is the one that said that the House will ‘not rise’ until the Crossrail hoe plot was given the status of law on the last day of the current session....She showed contempt when she toured Tower Hamlets DURING THE RUN up to the 1 May 2008 ‘by-elections’ and the GLA , ‘mayor, ‘in the name of London’ elections, making photo appearances in the East Lon don Borough with suitably stooged ‘Blaired machine zombie faces and assorted tokens’ programmed to promote the agenda that she has been backing... That agenda is one of backing Big Business and of riding roughshod over communities like the people affected by the Crossrail hole plot in the area.... She has shown nothing but contempt for the people who have stated so many serious objections and have pointed out so many errors, mistakes and wrongs in the Crossrail package.... She has chosen, instead, to be pals with Oona King, who had insulted people in the community and from the East End of London in 2004-2005 when they tried to talk some sense into Oona King [still ‘MP’ in the name of the people in the parliamentary constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow] and who tried to get her [‘Oona King’ ] to speak against Crossrail hole plot... Oona King did not speak against the Crossrail hole plot. Politically, democratically and electorally she was given due and clear and unmistakable warning that her refusals to show respect to the people of the East End and her refusal and failure to represent the community’s opposition to the Crossrail hole scam, Crossrail hole plot would not be forgotten. People remembered Oona King’s behaviour when the time came in may 2005... By her failures to tell the truth against Crossrail, by her refusal to tell the truth about the campaign in the community against the Crossrail, hole Big Business agenda, Oona King showed that she was not suited to being an MP. Not especially to being an MP that showed respect to the constituency. Especially not in a constituency like the Bethnal Green and Bow .... To this day, Oona King has not stated any opposition to Crossrail hole agenda She has made money by referring to the campaign. That alleged confirmation by Tony McNulty, Crossrail hole plot minister at the time, that Oona king had been STUPID by letting him walk into a meeting where anti-Crossrail hole plot people were present, is still full of questions... It RAISES questions. Much more than it answers.... Why? Because Oona King herself AGREED with the things that McNulty was up to at that time in his de facto role as the plugger of the Big Business scam that was later to become known as the “Crossrail Bill’.... So if Oona King had herself DISAGREED with McNulty on Crossrail and if she had disagreed with Crossrail scam itself then she would have stated that opposition somewhere after referring to McNulty calling her STUPID...........Without acknowledging the campaign against Crossrail hole plot in any honest ethical dignified or democratic way, Oona King has maintained her own alienation from the truth. This is further to our previous memos, questions, notices as served on the holder of the post of mayor of London on the matter of the 'Crossrail hole scam' as contained in and represented by the 'Crossrail Bill' which Harriet Harman has said would be conveyed as having been given the Royal assent today.

We are sending this to confirm that as soon as the existing UK domestic court procedures permit, we shall be filing applications to the High court against ALL those who have been in power to promote the Crossrail Bill and the scam. That includes the holder of the office of mayor in the name of London.

That means yourself.

We are therefore asking you to delay any repeat by ‘the mayor’ in the name of London of any fanatical, enthusiastic [including and implying exaggerated, unsubstantiated...] endorsement OF THE CROSSRAIL BILL [or ‘Crossrail Act’] UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE READ AND RESPONDED TO OUR LATEST LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW QUESTIONS. Those questions are being prepared now and will be sent to you by 1400 Hrs UK time today.

Should you decide to ignore this and go ahead anyway in making the endorsing comment etc. we shall treat such action as being conclusive confirmation of your position. That position will warrant our treating you as the SECOND defendant in any court action.

We are asking you to DELAY ANY agreement with the DfT or any other party peddling the Crassrail scam until you have fully considered our objections and responded to us in full on our evidence and have fully responded to us within the law and within the constitution. By ‘the constitution’ we mean and also include the UK’s treaty obligations and draw your attention, as a brief pointer in this short updater communication, to the Factortame cases and THEIR relevance to the UK’s law-making conduct and the implications thereof. Other cases and precedents shall be cited in due course. BOTH the EU and the ECHR shall be invoked. Domestically [in domestic UK judicial contexts] , we shall be invoking all the anti-discriminatory legislation as well.

Just like the London EVENING Nostandards STANDARD, the FT has published fabricated accounts on the cots, the need and the relevance of the Crassrail hole project. The FT is frequently promoted as having been written by ‘professional journalist’ who are socially aware , in fact even ‘conventionally left wing’. This is another lie. The FT is corrupt. And the record of the FT’s corruption is to be found on its pages [as well as in its so-called special reports published] throughout its existence. The FT and the Guardian have been parts of the so-called mainstream British media triumvirate along with the BBC which has afforded space to the other falsely painted left wing time serving agent of Big Business capitalism, Ken Livingstone. The FT, the Guardian and the BBC have failed to tell the truth on the domestic economic and asocial conditions... Just as Saturday’s ‘journalism’ showed, even the Rupert Murdoch Times did a better piece of financial journalism than the FT did. Or the BBC. Or the Guardian. That interview with the UK Finance minister - and the bringer of the CRASSrail Bill Alistair Darling, would have been the sort of reporting that the FT should have been able to do. The agenda on the FT has never been clear. It is coloured pink but it is also morally very very dubious. The result is that the FT misspeaks ... By peddling the wasteful obsolete and bogus Crossrail scam, the FT is serving the secret ‘constituency’;, the Big Business while failing to report on the transport needs, the economic needs and the capacities. If Gordon Brown or Alistair Darling [whichever is the ‘face’] fails to make the right decisions, then the ‘ atmosphere of public opinion’ in which they do so will have been as much their fault as it will be the fault of the FT, the Guardian and the BBC... The fault being to tell the truth about the economic facts.... and the social and democratic adverse effects of making the wrong economic decisions...

The FT, the Guardian and the BBC have all been pretence-’sympathiser’ with the ‘socially excluded’ but they are as corrupt and as much on the side of the economic and the social degenerators as their more obvious ‘rival’ publications and media are and have been...

The BBC, the FT and the Guardian NEED there to be social disparities... So that they can then practise [as claiming, falsely, to be concerned for social justice which they NEVER are about] their corrupt craft of playing at being ‘sympathetic. Their corruption of society stinks Because they collude with the creators of social deprivation by making the economic disparity.... That lie was given especially frenzied coverage by the cRASSLy edited [!!!!] London EVENING NOSTANDARDS Standard when Ken Livingstone added his lying skills and joined the sub-racist campaign against Scotland as a whole. Livingstone the chameleon posed as a fanatic English nationalist, verging on the peripheries of the Dagenham people with whom he picked fights too in his desperate bid to a appear keen to be all pc [‘politically correct’] in all sorts of contradictory ways. Livingstone came unstuck on the Scottish prejudice issue...

But he did cause damage to anti-racist thinking... And why would Livingstone back any racist lie to ‘justify’ a Big Business London Crossrail hole ploy to loot the UK public? Why else than to get ‘votes’ of course !!!!???

But Livingstone reckoned without the Tories... Even by Livingstone's own sub-racist record, the Tories could out-racist Livingstone any time. Or at any election...!!! As he has found out.... For the first time in his really parasitic career of 40 years in de facto public-paid positions in the name of London, Ken Livingstone was actually comprehensively defeated for the first significant time at an election held under ‘normal British conditions’. That is my way of summing up what constitutes the norm for a British election.

Although the perennially perniciously lying Guardian and some of its den of liars’ more s paraders of the cult of Livingstone have refused to accept the result of the 1 May 2008 London Assembly and ‘mayor’ election. Almost reminiscent of the cheer-leading propaganda outfits in regions of the world where democracy even by the normal British conditions, is not allowed, the Guardian newspaper group in London has refused to recognise the 1 May 2008 election results because the voters were seen to have voted for someone other than the incumbent that the lying Guardian preferred....

Livingstone’s resort to sub-racist anti-Scottish desperation was unmistakable in 2007. We have shown at every stage that Crossrail is crass because it is essentially NOT about solving the transport needs of London.... We have said and SHOWN this since 31 January 2004 when the KHOODEELAAR! campaign actually began in the Brick Lane....Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south’ and Stepney London E1 area....

Evening all! It’s Harriet here with the Police guard! I am the country’s soon-to-
be-occupant at No 10 Downing Street. As I sneak and crawl my way... I am
here in a spot very similar to Brick Lane London E1. I am behind the Police
shields, as I prepare to celebrate the Crossrail hole digging Bill, being passed
.. I am here to assure the East End of London that all Crossrail holes, all
digging, all the removals, losses of jobs, losses of shops, streets places, the
noise, the illnesses the disparity be treated as ‘benefits’ to the people who
will be the losers. I am able to show how wonderful it was to hear that your
recent ‘leader’ Denise Jones was playing so many games on poverty in your
wonderfully deprived area. Denise is thrilled whenever she has the chance to
tell people about how fully fledged the poverty-generation in her borough has
been. ‘The most deprived borough in the country’, she has said only last week!
I could almost hear the tangible purr of satisfaction [as the local ‘East London
Advertiser’ enchanted by Denise's’ apparent charms!, would record in their
newly-launched ‘gossip-for-our-friends’ ‘in the local council’ column] that
Denise had in her voice as she made that satisfying utterance! It had a rich mix
of career in the most poor borough ring to it as Denise confirmed her
achievements as a ‘leadership’ councillor!.....

I note that Tower Hamlets Council ‘officers’ too have been in agreement with my Govt. Like me they see
the Crossrail poverty-holes as ‘benefits’ to you poor people....

The poorer you get, the better it is for Denise Jones!

And for the Council officers. I am so
pleased that they are all so well-received [and well-receptioned!] by the
construction company people and the property speculators...

I am so glad that I had this opportunity to communicate to you from where I am... Cheer up now
as you face the holes that my Govt will be digging all over the East One
area....All Together Now : Harriet brings us the Crossrail hole ! the Diversity
hole, the Equality hole, the Liberty hole....
