‘Today in the UK Parliament' – the Khoodeelaar! No to the Crossrail hole Bill and the Campaign against unconstitutionality, against illegality and against the corruption of the ‘written image’ of the ‘unwritten’ 'British constitution' –

The evidence of the utterances being attributed [in the transcripts as published on the UK Parliament web site] to the 'chairman' of the UK 'legislative ' 'House of Lords Select Committee on the Crossrail Bill' proves beyond any reasonable doubt that there is no hesitation on the part of the bureaucracy that controls the 'select committee' about making untruthful statements.

There is clear evidence in the publications so far that the 'House of Lords' version of the 'Crossrail Bill Select Committee' is just that, a version. Of the same thing.

The THING is the evil of Big Business - and the unidentified clique running the UK parliamentary agenda from behind the scenes - that holds the ‘sovereign British parliament’ in its grip.

There is no trace of this grip in the published lists of the ‘participating’ parties in the formally referred to proceedings of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ ‘Select Committee’. They are fronts.

They are covers.

The thinking, the plot, the agenda that propel the ‘Crossrail’ craze as touted by Ken Livingstone and his capitalist City of London ally and co-plotter Michael Snyder is that of Big Business.

They contrive the lines; they provide the material which is then mouthed by the likes of Ken Livingstone in public.

That SAME line is being mouthed now [17 March 2008] in the ‘'House of Lords’ ‘Select Committee’ on the ‘Crossrail Bill'.

There is no indication, in the behaviour of the ‘controlling components of the Select Committee’ so far that the ‘Select Committee’ is being controlled by elements or forces that have any intention to show recognition to the UK’s obligation to conduct itself in a way that is compatible with the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms [=’ECHR’].

The resulting carelessness, the inaccuracy, the falsification, the fabrication, the illegality, the defiance of due process and the disregard of constitutionality are spectacles to be suffered and witnessed to be believed…

This summary is as applicable to the behaviour so far of the ‘House of Lords’ ‘Select Committee’ on the ‘Crossrail Bill' as it is on the published evidence to the behaviour of the ‘version’ as staged in the ‘House of Commons’.

[To be continued]

Muhammad Haque finds Boris Johnson a non-existent entity! Does he exist? Can he answer questions?

If so, why is he never available ? Or has he, too, been taken over by the Big Business agents and his mouth sealed?

This first Muhammad Haque comment on Boris Johnson’s elusiveness has been posted in the past 20 minutes on the London sunday Times web site in response to a long piece by John Paul-Flintoff in a piece [on their web site] introduced as follows.

Boris Johnson: Maybe it's because he's a ponderer
Normally, Boris Johnson can’t keep his mouth shut. But now he wants to be London’s mayor, why is he so reluctant to speak up?

Muhammad Haque tells the Sunday Times web site:-

“I can very fully endorse the main observations by the author.

It is very important that we have a BETTER candidate than Ken Livingstone.

It is also important to stress that Boris Johnson’s conduct so far does not lead to any ethically sound conclusion that he is that better candidate.

I have rung the House of Commons quite a few times seeking to be able to get through to a human being, instead of a machine, who could actually answer questions that I wanted to put to Boris Johnson about the serious problem caused by the Crossrail hole Big Business scheme. I also wanted to find out how Johnson could treat the Isle of Dogs ['near' 'Canary Wharf' which he is reported to have visited] as being the main location in the area known as Tower Hamlets. Finally, I wanted to ask Johnson why he thought the office and the powers given to the 'mayor of London' were at all necessary....

There has been no human available or willing to be questioned on behalf of Boris Johnson by the Khoodeelaar! campaign against the Crossrail hole-Bill and agenda, on these and associated issues here has been no suggestion at all that Boris Johnson is at all ever available to be contacted on any matter that matters to ordinary people of London...

As for the ‘Spectator’, their web site failed to publish an accurate comment which I posted shortly after they ran an embarrassingly over congratulatory piece announcing Johnson’s announcement of candidature for the post of mayor in the name of London...””
