In this commentary, which I have written by updating on the key evidence and including the latest dss slurews on Ken Livingstone's role in the planning facilities given to the Guinness fraudster Gerald Ronson- a donor to Ken Livingstone’s careerist trade – the history of the House of Lords is brought into sharp focus and demonstrated as being in line with the real careerist and mala fide purpose of the wrongly promoted Ken Livingstone…
Both Livingstone and the House of Lords are apparently different from the House of Commons. Both are supposed o be almost independent of the House of Lords.
Which they both may be in some respects.
But not when their main agenda is taken into account.
As is becoming very clear by the appearance of a number of key characters in the promotion of the Crossrail hole agenda and scam.
One of the very first diagnoses made in January 2004 by Khoodeelaar! The Campaign against the Crossrail hole plot [=the ‘hybrid’ ‘Crossrail Bill’, now in the UK legislative’ ‘House of Lords’] and against the Crossrail hole agenda against the inner city East End of London, was the following:
That whoever had devised the particular Crossrail hole plot and whoever had advised the controlling planners [to be differentiated from the employed petty bureaucracy of 'town planners'] that this would be a suitable, almost guaranteed safe route to be pushed through, must have done so on the assumption that the affected community was not going to oppose the attack.
As THEY, the Crossrail hole plotters knew, there was all the evidence that their latest City of London plot would be safely passed!
Passed through the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south and Stepney London E1 area!
After all, they said to one another as they hatched the plot to mount the attack on the community so markedly symbolised by the street called Brick Lane, that the area was in the hands of their own people. ‘Our people practically own the place’, they chortled as they shed cynical tears at the scenario of thousands of [symbolic term deleted] being made to vanish from the area.
Flee the area. Make room for the City of London. Big Business. And for the likes of Gerald Ronson to speculate in and profit from.
Gradually!
We are using the word ‘cynical’ here in its appropriate, accurate sense. As that behaviour which is contemptuous of the rights of the people that are the targets of the behaviour. The behaviour is a combination of reckless disregard for the feelings and for the humanity of the target people.
Cynical is NOT a synonym for sceptical, let alone an alternative to that word.
The NEAREST word in the English language vocabulary to cynical is EVIL.
The Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Bethnal Green ‘south and Stepney London E1 area is the imm8dsdaite physical area that the Khoodeelaar campaign had already been defending as against the attacks of the CrossRail hole…
That area, for the likes of Matthew Perris, had become home too far too many [symbolic term deleted] for the liking of the ‘world class’ investors that London was interested in attracting…
The property and assorted degenerative prices and marketability of the place needed to be brought to the levels of ‘world class cities’.
World-class cities have been a cliché mouthed by Big Business tout and Crossrail hole plot backer ‘Undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone.
Those real leaders of what goes on in the Britain of Tony Bliar, Gordon Brown, knew that ‘their people’ who practically owned the East End of London included the necessary, some might say more than the necessary [symbolic term deleted] to ensure that there would be no hitches at the local council.
‘The council too is owned by our own people!’ they boasted as they sipped drops of celebratory beverage following yet another Crossrail business deal.
Officially, they could not speak a word about it in public.
Not for many years yet.
For that to happen, the ‘Crossrail Bill’ had to get the all clear and become the ‘Crossrail Act’.
It was not so yet.
‘Our people’ are doing the necessary to get it passed by the Houses in Parliament. But the formalities were taking a bit of time.
But that did not stop them from carrying on doing Crossrail business ‘in the target community’.
That they were motivated by a mixture of racist, cultural and political prejudices in coming up with the CRASSrail hole part of the strategy was openly admitted by Matthew Parris, a boastful former ‘script-writer’ to Maggie Thatcher and the London [Rupert Murdoch-owned] Times newspaper-columnist and Neo Conservative media propagandist with firmly rooted pro-apartheid associations and roles.
Parris is a practised liar who has taken on the new tag, describing himself as part of a collective ‘we who opposed the Iraq war’!
He never did. He never could have done. Everything about Parris points to a tendency, a zeal, and a culture that woudl back any excuse to beat up a bunch of [symbolic term deleted]!
This is why Parris could wade into the ‘Brick Lane area’ and declare it a ‘fit’ target to be attacked by the full might of Big Business aided and abetted by the powers available to the British state.

What was the basis of such an assumption?
The answer is: as far as they knew, the mixed population of the area, made up mainly but not necessarily exclusively of European and Asian people, meant that the ‘political’ groupings were pretty much under the control of the backers of the City of London and Big Business.
The significant elements in the ‘political representation’ derived from the ‘locality’ was so perfect for their agenda that even Thomas B Macaulay could not improve on their scheme, were T B Macaulay to be revived!
Rhetorically speaking of course.
It was Macaulay who spake – yes, SPAKE! – In the ‘House of Lords’ of his empire education and administrative philosophy.
Macaulay SPAKE as if he was Enoch Powell addressing one of the hundreds of gatherings that he was allowed to address in the Britain of the 1970s and 1980s.
Grave and prejudiced. And muddled and hateful. And a bully with the utter contempt for ‘other races’. ‘Other races’ were ALWAYS inferior!
He spake as an authentic forerunner and hero of Enoch Powell, although almost 100 years separated them.
BOTH Powell and Macaulay would have approved of what Matthew Parris wrote in 2005.
Referring to the then just recent rejection of Oona King the Blairite backer of the invasion of Iraq by the voters of the ‘local’ constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow, Matthew Parris wrongly blamed the voters for having brought in George Galloway and then opined that that was a crime for which Brick Lane deserved to be punished.
Parris said that he knew of exactly the right punishment. He wrote that the punishment was available in the form of the Crossrail hole plan.
He cheered on the Crossrail hole plotters and said they should rush the CrossRail hole programme through Brick Lane as a lesson for voting in George Galloway!
It is most remarkable that George Galloway has gone on the record, in the past 10 weeks, appearing as a fervent ‘backer of Ken’ Livingstone!
The very man that Matthew Parris raised to a rhetorical status of an idol for the single achievement that Livingstone had shown himself as being the chief tout for the very same CrossRail hole plot.
The very CrossRail, plot which Matthew Parris wanted to be used as punishment against the voters of Brick Lane who, in Parris’ view, had made the crucial difference and had let in George Galloway…
Only because the Tower Hamlets ‘local’ council had filed a formal petition to the ‘Crossrail Bill Select Committee’ in the UK House of Commons [as at 1 March 2006] did not mean that everything was going to be okay for the community.
The Council’s ‘petition’ was NOT anything like an objection to Crossrail.
The ‘petition’ was a form that the controlling claque on the Council was using as a ploy to conceal the Council’s real role under.
That formal petition was a charade staged by the peddlers of the CrossRail hole plot to conceal their real motives and plans. They wanted to deceive the local community.
The deception was in the fact that they wanted to create the impression in the local area in the East End of London that ‘the Tower Hamlets Council was doping something about the CrossRail hole’.
