These letters before claim are the last stages before we start the applications to the London High court......

Why?
Because Rupert Murdoch has decided to use the Times newspapers and the SUN to undermine the remaining 'popularity' of Gordoin Brown. As have those whose et the agenda within the BBC. They have no NEED to do commercials for Cherie Blair's obscene peddling of her alleged account.
Yet they have been doing so round the clock for the best part of the past week.
And Michael Crick on NEWSNIGHT [Monday 12 May 2008] showed that he has really less scruples than the myths of his investigative self promotion had suggested over the previous career-building years. Crick too is an opportunist. And a fabricator.
There is no reasonable, objectively verifiable, universally applicable and maintained comparison between the ‘CONDUCT’ of Tony Blair in office and the conduct of Gordon Brown in office.
In fact Brown has protected Blair for far longer and on far too many things than the other way around. And another thing: Brown has not rushed the people into the occupation of two countries. Not yet. His backing for Blair’s policy is more to to with the ‘British vahloos’ that Brown has been snared and pushed into adopting..... By a sub-racial lobby that has ben at work for a long time at ‘Westminster’ ... This has been Brown’s mistake. Not his crime. And this has been due to Brown’s not getting the right advice.....Can’t say the same about Blair. On the evidence of the conduct.

Then there has been Peter Mandelson. Giving advice to Gordon Brown
And of all people, Alistair Campbell. Advising .Gordon Brown
These are signs if any new were needed that the .Gordon Brown administration is in comprehensive trouble.
If these events in fact lead to Brown’s administration dying, then the post mortem will not necessarily blame Brown. What swill be blamed, in a genuine analysis, is the fact that Blair had succeeded in destroying the very things on which he had made so many boastful claims. His boasts were to the opposite effect. He boasted of supporting the democratic structures and institutions that he was in fact smashing up...
The institutions of honesty, transparency in public life. Or the place of honesty and transparency; in public life.
.Gordon Brown has a serious shortage of sound honest opinion. Everyone within any reasonable range of 'power' [however transient, however shallow] is making their pitch. In secret. And in the case of Charles Clarke , he is getting as bitter because of losing power as he was when Blair first sacked him in effect.

Where should Brown turn now?

Gordon Brown’s diminishing legitimacy is linked not with his ‘enemies’, but with his own lack of honesty.
If he has honesty than he is keeping it hidden.
Very hidden
Especially about poverty.
Poverty that has been GROWING all the time.
To such an extent that the world’s impoverished peoples are again facing hunger, starvation and famine on a scale that has not been discussed in any significant way in public and in the mainstream media of the poverty-creating western ‘states’ for quite a while. .......
The length of time that ..Gordon Brown has been active to promote his career as an adult.
Say for the past 30 years or so...
Gordon Brown has been allowed to pretend that his is cleverer than he actually is
. That pretence is coming off and being exposed faster than he had ever imagined it would do...
Over the past 3 years, Brown has made overly exaggerated claims about tackling poverty. Nowhere more so than in Africa.
Yet in Africa, while on a self-publicising tour, he also boasted in the most offensive way and bragged that he was NOT going to apologise for the racist empire perpetration by his racist predecessors in British power....
Brown forgot then and he is still forgetting now the simple universal truth. And he is evidently ignorant about the inevitability of truth in action. There is a way in which truth asserts itself. At the most unexpected fo times for the violators of the truth....
For Brown the aspect of the truth that has already hit him is this: - that you cannot brag about a wrong and then expect to be taken at all seriously when you claim to be ‘attacking that very wrong’. Because Brown is and has been a racist, he fails to understand that people in Africa - and people of African origin and descent - just like the people from Asia and people fo Asian descent - and the people from other continents and parts fo the world where the racists imposed their racist empire and created the environments for poverty, hunger, famine, starvation, denial did not EVER ask to be violated, NEVER asked to be invaded, never asked to be dehumanised, violated and starved.....And they most certainly did not deserve to be then lectured by the wrongdoer about the rightness[!!!] of the wrong that has lasted now for several centuries.... ..
Brown’s appearance at the UNO recently did little to alter the truth - that he is and has been with the racists....
That is why his sermonising about Mugabe has had no effect at all

Is 'Boris' being derailed, taken off course and being pressed into pro-Big Business lying for the grubby , neo-con-linked Bechtel-propelled London ‘Crossrail’ scam 'already'?
In other words, and you have read and heard of it here from KHOODEELAAR! first, is ‘Boris’ Johnson being pushed [or even, in style terms, 'nudged'] into the Crossrail hole whence he will not recover, careerwise when it comes to reckoning?
Read this very carefully, whoever or whatever is ‘advising’ and ‘thinking up’ the stunts for ‘Boris’ Johnson at this early days, in fact this second day of ‘Boris Johnson’ in ‘office’ as ‘the mayor in the name of London’
What I mean by this question is- why isn’t Boris scrapping the outdated, wasteful, deeply flawed ‘Crossrail ‘'project', as far as the ‘powers’ of the ‘mayor in the name of London’ allow the occupant in the post [of ‘mayor in the name of London’] under existing legislation and laws to behave ?
Why not address ‘head on’ the issue of transport needs of London ?
Why not say that even the Rod Eddington report into railways -as commissioned by Gordon Brown - found AGAINST the London Crossrail?
Why not take the view that the vast majority of people, ordinary people in London, hold from daily biter and unadulterated experience, that the existing transport infrastructure and the existing transport accessibility must be given priority - by a long measure as compared to adventures, stunts ‘projects’?

Boris Johnson was said to be an idiot and an d someone who speaks incoherently.
In contrast to that, I logged on to Boris Johnson’s web site, for the first time ever, and found an assertion that said that Boris was one of the original thinkers on the contemporary political landscape...

Respect confident of assembly win
Mr Galloway has been shouting himself hoarse from the top of his bus
George Galloway is confident that by Friday he will hold two posts - MP and London Assembly member.
The Bethnal Green and Bow MP is top of Respect's list for the London-wide list, which is elected by a form of proportional representation.
He is losing his voice after talking "seven hours a day" from the top of his open-top bus which has been through all corners of London "at least twice".
He says it is important Respect wins a seat, if Boris Johnson is to be mayor.
The party is fielding 12 candidates and targeting one constituency seat, City and East, and says the response has been "very good".
Mr Galloway said he was looking forward to a result that will "surprise" the media.
'Important platform'
"The best result we can contemplate at the moment is winning the City and East constituency which is our heartland, and my election as top of the list," he said.
But he admits City and East could be difficult to win as it a geographically large seat with a varied electorate - taking in areas like the City of London and Barking and Dagenham - where the BNP hold 12 council seats.

How the BBC 'Breakfast' slot and the Polly-Toynbeed Guardian lied to cover up the poverty of Gordon Brown's imprudence..-1

On Gordon Brown, his Big Business agenda setters and how the Big Business plot is being propagated by both the BBC and the Guardian [allegedly 'edited' by Polly Toynbee],
But that would not be the view that would come across over at the BBC...
Especially if anyone who had just begun watching the BBC1 Breakfast programme on this same morning 22 April 2008. The BBC must have struck a deal with the evil plotters who are bent on deceiving the public about the post of mayor at the expense of London...
From the start, this was a very corrupt idea... It was not designed to let the people of London hold to account anyone in post in the peoples' name...
Neither the post of ‘mayor in the name of London’ nor the overly exaggerated and false ‘Greater London Assembly’ [GLA] could deliver any accountability... Even if the ‘legislation’ were different .........
On the matter of that package of legislation, I shall be commenting more later today [Tuesday 22 April 2008] and in the course of the next week or so.... I shall do so as part of the Khoodeelaar! Manifesto...... for the people of London.....
Back to the obscene, the ignorant, the untruthful package peddled this morning [22 April 2008] on the he BBC1 ‘Breakfast’ slot, they did an unprecedented [that word will soon be reviewed, on the evidence] touting for Ken Livingstone IN EFFECT although they kept their promotion of Ken Livingstone barely within the limits of propaganda ... and they did an equally unjustified and untruthful plug and touting for Big Business ‘City of London’...
They did it with words of such ignorance that in the context of the known facts so far, the scriptwriter/s of that package must have been criminally assigned to make the unrepresentative, corrupting post appear almost legitimate...
No, not just almost legitimate, make it look like fairy tale.. Not that their target viewers would be expected to treat it as fairy tale They would be expected to treat it as the real thing......
Just why are the BBC script-agenda-setters intent on lying so openly to the public? Is it, could it be, it must be connected with today’s Guardian front page [see, on the right of the page, immediately below this comment] which shows the true colour, the corrupting colour of the lying Guardian....
Early editions of today’s Guardian newspaper [Tuesday 22 April 2008] have carried a front page lead that ATTACks those MPs who are at least putting up a show of resisting Gordon Brown’s attacks on the low paid and the impoverished sections in the community....

Surely ALL options on transport needs of London must be the logical starting point. If, as has already been seen in West London, one particular option was found to be unsuitable then the remanning options should be considered.
On that principle alone, I think Brian Paddick deserves to be recognised for saying a truthful and realistic thing about transport.
For over the past 4 years, the spokespeople on transport in London from all three main parties have uttered unscientific spin and rubbish. They have concealed the truth about the transport needs of ordinary people in London.
This is illustrated by the callous and the strange almost secret-deal -like agreement by all these parties on Crossrail.
Yet all independent studies of transport needs in and of London suggest otherwise... Those suggestions overwhelmingly point to ALL options being deserving of serious and economically responsible consideration.
Because of the size of London costs are by definition high.
No rational decision on transport should be made in a rash, opportunistic way. Years, perhaps decades of liability will be placed on ordinary people who are already being lumbered with having to pay extra council tax for Crossrail.
Khoodeelaar! is currently telling the legislative House of Lords to conduct that overdue serious study during the ‘Crossrail Bill’ Select Committee .

That scam can be dropped even at this stage and you will find that the £5-£15Billion of UK public fund that you have in effect committed to CRASSrail, will be much better use to really needy and productive parts of the Uk economic and society...
