ACTION ARCHIVE and update about the clear, consistent, constitutional law advice that we have been giving to the 'local' East London borough of Tower Hamlets COUNCIl on how it, 'Tower Hamlets Council' could save 'face' and stop colluding with the Crossrail hole plotters..... This week [starting on Monday 12 May 2008] Khoodeelaar! is serving the final and the updated 'letters before claim' procedures and demands on the 'Tower Hamlets Council' and on the bureaucracies at Transport for London, at the Cross London Rail Links [= CLRL] company and at the Department for Transport .... These letters before claim are the last stages before we start the applications to the London High court......

And then take the matter through all the stages of the 'UK domestic court system' before the matter being referred to the European courts.....
