Crossrail hole plot-peddler in the UK House of commons, Tom Harris, is a lightweight. He is also very mechanical… He is given a script and he delivers it.
His current script on Crossrail is that they drop the word in any space that is apparently about transport needs in London… Or even about the economy in London
It doesn’t matter why it is included. But they drop Crossrail in anyway.
As has happened in the alleged reply by Tom harris to a piece by Ian Jack carried in the Guardian. That ian Jack piece about transport and the cluelessness of the Gordon Brown regime on transport in itself was a historic event.
Harris has no idea what he is talking about. In his plug for Crossrail as published by the Guardian Unbelievable web site today, Harris lists a number of claims that are meaningless… I
t is like Gordon Brown or Tony Blair reading out scripts prepared by machines. This sort of mechanical reading out of machine-produced lists takes place on any ordinary promotional day in Parliament.
Today was one such day. .
In the main chamber of the House of Commons was the term-time equivalent of the week’s Party. Lasting half an hour, it is all over in 32 minutes….
They had the PMQs. And Gordon Brown was as artificial on each 'topic' and on each ‘Question’ as he had pretended [before taking over as PM] he would not be. Like Tony Blair. And less spontaneous… He would have been spontaneous if he wanted to tell the truth. He settled for lies. For spin. For propaganda. From Afghanistan boasts to plugging GW Bush …… It was a fake show.. An artificial show and an empty show…. Just as was the performance of Stephen Timms, who took over after 7 PM to speak about debts, poverty and hardship in the country… Only that he did not… He delivered probably another of his own type of mechanical statements… But boy! Was it really lifeless….It had the statistics It had the figures… But there was no life… No link between Stephen Timms and living breathing human beings going through hardship, debt and desolation, destitution caused by the impudence of the regime that Timms forms part of and profits from…Just like Tom Harris His scripted machine piece for Crossrail as it has appeared on the Guardian Unbelievable web site is just as lifeless… There is no hint even that Harris recognises the fact that people have been campaigning against undemocratic passage of Big Business measures through Parliament…

The poverty at the heart of the UK Parliament that David Davis has highlighted is the poverty that KHOODEELAAR! NO to Crossrail hole Bill has been campaigning against..
And the urgency of the task became clear once again today wednesday 18 June 2008 when Harriet Harman the former ‘secretary’ [who was placed in that decorative Post after Patricia Hewitt ended her tenure un the same post] of the ‘national Council for Civil Liberties’ [NCCL] clashed with David Davis, via the BBC.
The response from ordinary people in the main has been reasonably understandable. Most people approved of the stand that Davis has taken on the matter of civ il liberties. Isn’t it very significant that Harriet Harman, decorated all the way throughout her career as a face of the former Labour Party without there being any evidence that she deserved to be so decorated....is playing the part of a miniature stalinist whilst the man who was in the SAS and is unashamedly a right-winger [that is, one who stands for values that would not, in most cases, be acceptable to most democratic people] is now having to do battle for the defence of some of the most fundamental of democratic principles in the Brown fronted Blaired state of the UK.........!
How far backwards has Blair dragged us... And how really dim is the Gordon Brown regime!
You only have to suffer a few sentences being mouthed by any random selection of the ‘cabinet ministers [can you believe these people!] on serious matters that make society - or break society - and you get the chilling evidence that these people are from another planet....
This is called complete alienation of society by the cabal of riling time-servers.
Interesting, then, that this word ‘cabal’ was used by Gordon Brown himself, in his PMQs today.[Wednesday 18 June 2008]..
How significant is that?
The very word that KHOODEELAAR! has been using for 55 months... to describe the peddlers of the Crossrail hole plot against the community in the inner city, deprived East End of London....And about the Big Business Crossrail hole agenda that in fact contains the kind of denial of civil liberties that Brown is now intent on making legal....

This affects the majority of the conventionally understood age groups which are in the under 30 elves. But this also affects the over 30s and covers the ages upto 70... In the groups, the propaganda says that all ‘needs’ are attended to... that is a fundamental untruth It is patently untrue that the meeting of the needs is their key or even the s secondary interest They are in it for the money....
And as true education programme and money-grabbing do not go well together at all in situations like the East End of London and in similarly communities anywhere, the result of the money-grabbing ‘motivating’ has been and is too widespread to conceal... the inner city East End of London remains at the top of the deprivation, poverty, ill health, bad housing for ordinary people league tables......

The BBC's confession that they have been biased against Scotland, Wales and other parts of the UK, must be exposed for being what it is.
Another crafty spin by the lying BBC controllers .....
The ‘confession’ - and the pathetic appearances by the untrustworthy man called Lyons, allegedly spieling on behalf of a contrite BBC, were more lies and spin.
How?
The answer can be stated in two words: Michael Crick!
Crick used to be a name that apparently worried CROOKS in British - Westminster politics. But CRICK appears to have now joined the crooks.
Not only has Crick not done ANY investigation into MOST of the key flaws that fetter the work of democracy and accountability in the Westminster Parliament, CRICK has made a specialist of side-stepping on those and instead on focussing on characters. That are easy to target.
Perhaps Crick has neared the precipice of his own career. I shall examine the career of Michael Crick in this series.
To do this, let’s get some of the facts in view. These facts are about the role and the conduct of the BBC. I shall also, later, look at the London TIMES newspaper and how Murdoch has been abusing the UK Parliament nt and the UK public.
Because almost at the same time that the BBC was running this garbage pieces playing at confessions to having been biased against Scotland and Wales - or rather, having IGNORED Scotland and Wales - their CURRENT schedules, biases and contents in all sections of the ‘news’ operation was doing the same thing. Being Biased. But the BBC is NOT just biased against Scotland and Wales. It is biased against the truth.
This is evident in the sick alliance the BBC made with Rupert Murdoch in blasting away at David DavIS...
IF NONE of THE ‘lower’ key characters fronting the various BBC assault on David Davis were not convincing enough or conclusive evidence of just how biased the BBC bureaucracy was against the MP who dared to question the erosions, violations and ditching of the so many traditional universally lauded values, then look at the behaviour of Michael Crick.
Now, Crick was flaunted all over the BBC as the near equivalent to a campaigning face of BBC TV....

Crick used to be a name that apparently worried CROOKS in British - Westminster politics. But CRICK appears to have now joined the crooks.
Not only has Crick not done ANY investigation into MOST of the key flaws that fetter the work of democracy and accountability in the Westminster Parliament, CRICK has made a specialist of side-stepping on those and instead on focussing on characters. That are easy to target.
Perhaps Crick has neared the precipice of his own career. I shall examine the career of Michael Crick in this series.
To do this, let’s get some of the facts in view. These facts are about the role and the conduct of the BBC. I shall also, later, look at the London TIMES newspaper and how Murdoch has been abusing the UK Parliament nt and the UK public.
Because almost at the same time that the BBC was running this garbage pieces playing at confessions to having been biased against Scotland and Wales - or rather, having IGNORED Scotland and Wales - their CURRENT schedules, biases and contents in all sections of the ‘news’ operation was doing the same thing. Being Biased. But the BBC is NOT just biased against Scotland and Wales. It is biased against the truth.
This is evident in the sick alliance the BBC made with Rupert Murdoch in blasting away at David DavIS...
IF NONE of THE ‘lower’ key characters fronting the various BBC assault on David Davis were not convincing enough or conclusive evidence of just how biased the BBC bureaucracy was against the MP who dared to question the erosions, violations and ditching of the so many traditional universally lauded values, then look at the behaviour of Michael Crick.
Now, Crick was flaunted all over the BBC as the near equivalent to a campaigning face of BBC TV....
But not any more.
Crick is no longer apart from the crooks. He has become a part of the crooks...

Khoodeelaar! constitutional law grounds for action against UK Crossrail hole plot promoter Ruth Kelly MP - Legal action archives
Long before the Crossrail Bill Select Committee [House of Commons] formally 'heard' some of the evidence against the CrossRail hole Bill threat to the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area, Khoodeelaar! the campaign against CrossRail had decided on a set of actions that included a specific constitutional dimension. After witnessing the blatant obstruction against key presenters of anti-CrossRail evidence in the Committee during June 2006, Khoodeelaar! Has now decided to test the UK law in a way that will perhaps bring the Human Rights Act 1998 into very unexpected focus.
1. The main constitutional law allegation that I could find against the Secretary of State was that he lied in and to Parliament, he misled parliament and he wrongly failed to tell the House of Commons fully and duly of the requirement that UK law had to comply with the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental freedoms.
2. That was based on the preliminary and literal reading of the contents of the Crossrail Bill, as introduced to the House of Commons by [the then] Transport Secretary Alistair Darling on 22 February 2005.
3. Having observed since that date the many activities of the Transport Secretary and the rest of the groupings that make up the ‘promoter’ of the Crossrail Bill, it is clear that compatibility with constitutional requirements is not at the top of the priorities of the UK executive seeking to get the Crossrail Bill through Parliament.
4. It has been clear from the behaviour of the two successive holders of the office of Secretary of State at the UK Department for Transport over the past 24 months that compliance with the Treaty obligations on ECHR is nothing more than a nuisance to them and to the Blair regime. They have shown remarkably consistent evidence of hostility to the rule of law and due process and constitutionality for the promotion of the CrossRail project
5. It was only through the sustained campaign on the ground over the past 31 months backed up with original Khoodeelaar!! Legal analyses of the UK executive's behaviour that we have been able to show that the Secretary of State was wrong to have introduced the Crossrail Bill in the shape it was introduced and that he was wrong to have flouted the UK’s constitutional law making treaty obligations that he did.
Especially, as I have pointed out on dozens of occasions already including in pieces carried on indymedia UK and international sites, about the abuses of the executive powers to make several hundred million £ available to the promoters without any justification.
That abuse of public money has included the abuses of the local tiers of peoples and community representation.
Where Ruth Kelly herself lives, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council has been one abysmally antidemocratic, anti-community, cabal of corruption, misrepresentation of the local people that is found anywhere in the whole of the UK.
And has Ruth Kelly’s aid a word in opposition to the corrupt Tower Hamlets Council?
Has she spoken a word in support of the community that is threatened by Crossrail?

David Davis is absolutely right to state, as he did at lunchtime today [Thursday 12 June 2008] that fundamental freedoms and civil liberties were being destroyed by the current Government. Even if Davis has had any disagreements with the current Tory party leader David Cameron, that still does not alter the fact that civil liberties and universal human rights are under attack from the state and that they must be defended before things get out of hand. The question is: do the people who are in control of the state in Britain want fundamental civil liberties to be undermined like this? Do THEY actually support Gordon Brown and his regime as Brown and company go about trampling on values that took centuries and a great deal of sacrifice to establish? Values especially represented by the core as contained in the Magna Carta? Who are going to benefit from the destruction of these values? Surely a comprehensive and informed debate on this is long overdue. David Davis deserves genuine acknowledgement for this stand. Regardless of what actually happens at the by-election or to a career in parliamentary politics.

1. You both have been sent this morning the main texts of the KHOODEELAAR!
campaign resolution as delivered and agreed at the meeting on 22 January 2006 held [at the Brady centre, 192 Hanbury street London E1] in the evening of Sunday 22 January 2006 demanding that the London borough of tower hamlets council pass a single motion as their resolution against the Crossrail hole plan/bill as it is in the uk house of commons now and that they do so in the next 11 days and that the resolution be put to the uk parliament and to the uk secretary of state transport department [Department for Transport= ‘DfT’] and that the resolution be phrased and drafted in an unambiguous unequivocal way accurately truthfully reflecting and representing the demand of the community.
2. Mr Owen Whalley has been sent the copy – and is being sent this further amplifier and clarifier – because of the central role he has been playing (as the published documents of the LBTH council suggest) in the promotion of the Crossrail hole scheme/project/bill as far as the ‘development’ of the Crossrail ‘project’ for the LBTH council goes. He has been sent the material also in order for him to be in receipt of what the community has demanded and what he as the designated employee on ‘Crossrail’ in the LBTH council has to do so that the community’s lawful and urgent demand is seen to be recognised and implemented by the relevant employees in the council on every relevant occasion.
3. As the same campaign meeting [22 January 2006] also agreed the taking of legal action in the event that tower hamlets council fail to implement the demand, you both are most certainly going to be included as parties in any such action and so you are being sent this in our voluntary compliance with the requirements of natural justice, due process [and other related concepts] and the civil procedure rules.
4. The KHOODEELAAR! Campaign in defence of the BRICK LANE London E1 AREA and against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project/bill is able to confirm to you both today Wednesday 25 January 2006 that we shall include additional demands for the very detailed legal and democratic and economic accountability from the council over any additional costs that tower hamlets council is caused to be embroiled in or involved in or engaged in - whether in any further attempt/s on the parts of those who have access to the finances and the ‘powers’ and the contacts of the London borough of tower hamlets council to justify their roles and their promotions of the Crossrail hole project or in any further unreasonable, irresponsible, improper, undemocratic, antisocial and or ill-conceived egotistic bid/s in defiance of the very clearly expressed demands of the local community and or in defiance of the campaigning organisations representing the fears, needs and demands of the local community against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project/bill and you both shall be included in any list of witnesses who will be asked to give evidence on their own roles and the origins of any orders or decisions that caused them to play the parts that you found yourselves playing in defiance of the local community’s clear demand against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project Bill. 5. Ms Christine Gilbert has been put on notice since the first quarter of 2004 when the chair of the CBRUK organisation (which politically organised the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign during that same period in 2004) initiated the first series of extensive questions which were drafted and put to her concerning the role she had played in advising and or working with or in carrying out the actual intentions of any controlling group member of the LBTH council on the Crossrail hole scheme/project/scheme. She has failed to date to deal with those questions and despite two recent [final] reminders has continued to fail or refuse to answer the outstanding questions. She has also failed to provide any lawful or reasonable explanation or lawful justification for her conduct and role concerned in the context of the KHOODEELAAR campaign demands, questions and representations.
6. The statements that have been published in the past two weeks in the name of or by the uses and abuses of the LBTH council as the corporate entity and about the Crossrail hole bill have contained more than one contradictory assertion and allusion to alleged facts thus creating new grounds for the community to be able to claim that ‘the TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL’ in general and the identifiable ‘controlling group’ councillors are carrying on conducting themselves in defiance of or in conflict with the wishes and the interests of the local community concerned.
7. The KHOODEELAAR campaign is able to confirm to both ms Christine Gilbert and Mr Owen Whalley that this communication dated and transmitted on Wednesday 25 January 2006 is being made to both of them as a very last attempt at helping the controlling persons involved in the LBTH council over the Crossrail hole scheme/project/ bill avoid placing or pushing the corporate entity of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and its resources in a very costly confrontation with the community in the East End
8. Mr Owen Whalley’s circular ‘to all members’ of the TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL dated 19 September 2005 contains a misleading statement that is of crucial relevance to us and which statement as put to the meeting of 22 January 2006 and was loudly and clearly rejected by the meeting. That statement is in the last sentence in paragraph two of the circular (‘the petition also makes explicit the council’s opposition to an intervention shaft in Hanbury Street and preference for its relocation to Woodseer Street’.)
9. The meaning of the phrase ‘misleading statement’ in this context is any statement that contradicts the community’s opposition to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail hole, to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail shaft tunnel, to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail hole in THE BRICK LANE London E1 AREA and in any other part of THE London BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS. This is the position as expressed by the public meeting in support of the Khoodeelaar campaign held at the Brady centre on Sunday 22 January 2006. This takes into account the KHOODEELAAR CAMPAIGN'S remit which recognises the rights of the people in the Mile End area that is also affected by the known Crossrail plans.
10. The KHOODEELAAR campaign is able to confirm that it will treat this document and communication [25 January 2006] as being a reasonable final comprehensive advice, notice and representation to the two most relevant employees in the LBTH council of the community’s simple and straightforward demand and position on the role of the LBTH Council in the matter of the Crossrail hole project/scheme/ Bill and of the task that the community has asked the LBTH Council to carry out within the specified time by passing the resolution and then making the same resolution available to the MPs select committee currently sitting to formally consider the relevant aspects of the Crossrail hole Bill [‘the Crossrail Bill’ or the ‘Crossrail hybrid Bill’] in time so that there is no frustration of the community’s wish in the remainder of the process of legislation involved.

What is the evidence that justifies the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the Crossrail hole plot-inviting Tower Hamlets Council DESCRIBING the controlling clique as corrupt?
There is not just one piece of evidence. There are countless items of evidence. The sum of the evidence both shows that the clique is engaged in wrong conduct about Crossrail. And that it is also engaged in wrong conduct about the overall, the general duties it has towards the people in the Borough of Tower Hamlets about other aspects of life that relate to the duties of a local council.
One of the persistent patterns of the lying behaviour by the corrupt clique on the Tower Hamlets 'locally elected' [!!!!!!!] Council has been their refusal to observe basic standards of ethics and behaviour. Ethics and standards of behaviour that on paper any 'locally elected council' 'administration' would be expected to practise and respect.
And how deep, complete, has been the evidence of the Tower Hamlets Council’s wrong and wrongful behaviour?
As deep as the numbers of years over which the clique has been in control. As deep as the particulars and as extensive as the details of the claque’s collusion with Big Business proponents who have got in league with the Tower ~Hamlets Council with the aim of taking over the land and the spaces in the East End of London under covers of plausible projects but in reality for the benefit of Big Business And to benefit the City of London-linked exploiters at the expense of the people of the East End of London the ordinary population in the borough in the end.
This is seen in the dishonest behaviour of the clique that was fronted by Christine Gilbert at the time.
Gilbert as chief executive in the Council made a most untrue assertion about the actual policy of the clique on Crossrail.
This concerned the so-called cabinet meeting of 6 October 2004.
The Khoodeelaar! campaign observed the meeting and it was clear that the community’s serious opposition to the Council’s collusion with the Crossrail scam [it was not a Bill in Parliament yet - that took place nearly 4 months later] was being sidelined by the clique.
So the Khoodeelaar! campaign organised for the relevant aspect of the community's questions to be put to Christine Gilbert in the context of the clique's conduct.
It was never expected that Gilbert would come out with an admission that her clique was in the wrong. Or that the clique had let the community down.
But it was essential for the purpose of extensive evidential processing of her conduct that she was given the opportunity to come clean and admit that her clique had indeed been in the wrong.
Regardless of the actual final position Gilbert would take on the subject under reference, it was expected that she should show normal courtesy and behave in accordance with the rules that require the ‘chief officer’ of the local council to properly and timely acknowledge communications she received.
What did Gilbert do?
Did she behave in accordance with the standards expected of the town clerk?
She behaved with undue delay.
She pretended that she had not received the communications containing the questions.
Was that exceptional?
The answer, on the facts, is that NO.
CHRISTINE Gilbert behaved with the same prejudice and with the same lack of accountability towards the whole population in Tower Hamlets that had been the feature of the Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique for decades.
That is why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign has had to establish new criteria so that the history of neglect as shown by the ‘elected’ local council to the people in whose name the council is ‘elected’ is not repeated. That the people are offered accountable representation by the ‘elected’ council.
That was the only way in which the community’s interests could be defended.
That was the only way that the Crossrail hole attacks could be stopped.
Christine Gilbert behaved with no regard for the constitutional duties of the local Council. She behaved opportunistically and on the assumption that there would no ‘issue made on the floor of the council’ by any of the ‘elected members on the 'Tower Hamlets Council'’.
She showed no recognition of the fact that her conduct, her role and the implications of her conduct and of her role could indeed be challenged in court.
Or did she think that the Khoodeelaar! campaign notes to her and to her clique saying that a time would come when their abuse of power and their collusion with the agenda of the Big Business would be challenged in court was not part of the real programme of action ?
How similar was Christine Gilbert’s disrespect to the ordinary codes of ethical, unaccountable behaviour to the disrespect shown to ethics, morality and the norms of constitutionality by the bureaucracy set up in the name of the ‘House of Lords’ that has been in fact peddling the Crossrail hole plotting agenda desired by Big Business, a la Bechtel of USA ? On Sunday 22 January 2006, at a Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill CAMPAIGN meeting held at the 'Brady Centre', 192 Hanbury Street, London E1, the KHOODEELAAR! campaign organiser gave the key note speech about the campaign. In the speech, he also stated, extempore, the core of a motion that the meeting unanimously supported DEMANDING that the local Tower Hamlets Council passed a full Council motion saying ‘No to the Crossrail hole Bill’.
Two years 4 months have passed since that time and the Khoodeelaar! campaign has been renewing the same demand to the Council. The Tower Hamlets Council has not passed that motion. The community has not been respected by Tower Hamlets Council on this issue. Yet the 'councillors' who attended that meeting have remained on the same Council claiming to represent the community that is affected by the Crossrail hole plot..... So what is the secret? Is it in any way to do with any ambiguity about what was said in the Khoodeelaar! campaign demand as passed by the meeting held on 22 january 2006? There could be no ambiguity. Campaign in defence of the BRICK LANE London E1 AREA and against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project/bill is able to confirm to you both today Wednesday 25 January 2006 that we shall include additional demands for the very detailed legal and democratic and economic accountability from the council over any additional costs that tower hamlets council is caused to be embroiled in or involved in or engaged in - whether in any further attempt/s on the parts of those who have access to the finances and the ‘powers’ and the contacts of the London borough of tower hamlets council to justify their roles and their promotions of the Crossrail hole project or in any further unreasonable, irresponsible, improper, undemocratic, antisocial and or ill-conceived egotistic bid/s in defiance of the very clearly expressed demands of the local community and or in defiance of the campaigning organisations representing the fears, needs and demands of the local community against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project/bill and you both shall be included in any list of witnesses who will be asked to give evidence on their own roles and the origins of any orders or decisions that caused them to play the parts that you found yourselves playing in defiance of the local community’s clear demand against the Crossrail hole plan/scheme/project Bill. 5. Ms Christine Gilbert has been put on notice since the first quarter of 2004 when the chair of the CBRUK organisation (which politically organised the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign during that same period in 2004) initiated the first series of extensive questions which were drafted and put to her concerning the role she had played in advising and or working with or in carrying out the actual intentions of any controlling group member of the LBTH council on the Crossrail hole scheme/project/scheme. She has failed to date to deal with those questions and despite two recent [final] reminders has continued to fail or refuse to answer the outstanding questions. She has also failed to provide any lawful or reasonable explanation or lawful justification for her conduct and role concerned in the context of the KHOODEELAAR campaign demands, questions and representations.
6. The statements that have been published in the past two weeks in the name of or by the uses and abuses of the LBTH council as the corporate entity and about the Crossrail hole bill have contained more than one contradictory assertion and allusion to alleged facts thus creating new grounds for the community to be able to claim that ‘the TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL’ in general and the identifiable ‘controlling group’ councillors are carrying on conducting themselves in defiance of or in conflict with the wishes and the interests of the local community concerned.
7. The KHOODEELAAR campaign is able to confirm to both ms Christine Gilbert and Mr Owen Whalley that this communication dated and transmitted on Wednesday 25 January 2006 is being made to both of them as a very last attempt at helping the controlling persons involved in the LBTH council over the Crossrail hole scheme/project/ bill avoid placing or pushing the corporate entity of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and its resources in a very costly confrontation with the community in the East End
8. Mr Owen Whalley’s circular ‘to all members’ of the TOWER HAMLETS COUNCIL dated 19 September 2005 contains a misleading statement that is of crucial relevance to us and which statement as put to the meeting of 22 January 2006 and was loudly and clearly rejected by the meeting. That statement is in the last sentence in paragraph two of the circular (‘the petition also makes explicit the council’s opposition to an intervention shaft in Hanbury Street and preference for its relocation to Woodseer Street’.)
9. The meaning of the phrase ‘misleading statement’ in this context is any statement that contradicts the community’s opposition to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail hole, to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail shaft tunnel, to the [or ‘a’] Crossrail hole in THE BRICK LANE London E1 AREA and in any other part of THE London BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS. This is the position as expressed by the public meeting in support of the Khoodeelaar campaign held at the Brady centre on Sunday 22 January 2006. This takes into account the KHOODEELAAR CAMPAIGN'S remit which recognises the rights of the people in the Mile End area that is also affected by the known Crossrail plans.
10. The KHOODEELAAR campaign is able to confirm that it will treat this document and communication [25 January 2006] as being a reasonable final comprehensive advice, notice and representation to the two most relevant employees in the LBTH council of the community’s simple and straightforward demand and position on the role of the LBTH Council in the matter of the Crossrail hole project/scheme/ Bill and of the task that the community has asked the LBTH Council to carry out within the specified time by passing the resolution and then making the same resolution available to the MPs select committee currently sitting to formally consider the relevant aspects of the Crossrail hole Bill [‘the Crossrail Bill’ or the ‘Crossrail hybrid Bill’] in time so that there is no frustration of the community’s wish in the remainder of the process of legislation involved.

And we did so for the simple purpose of backing the movement for democracy in the UK, the movement for accountability in and via Parliament to the people, and in the particular case on the CRASSLY conceived, Big Business-agenda Crossrail scam. What is the evidence that justifies the KHOODEELAAR! campaign against the Crossrail hole plot-inviting Tower Hamlets Council DESCRIBING the controlling clique as corrupt?
There is not just one piece of evidence. There are countless items of evidence. The sum of the evidence both shows that the clique is engaged in wrong conduct about Crossrail. And that it is also engaged in wrong conduct about the overall, the general duties it has towards the people in the Borough of Tower Hamlets about other aspects of life that relate to the duties of a local council.
One of the persistent patterns of the lying behaviour by the corrupt clique on the Tower Hamlets 'locally elected' [!!!!!!!] Council has been their refusal to observe basic standards of ethics and behaviour. Ethics and standards of behaviour that on paper any 'locally elected council' 'administration' would be expected to practise and respect.
And how deep, complete, has been the evidence of the Tower Hamlets Council’s wrong and wrongful behaviour?
As deep as the numbers of years over which the clique has been in control. As deep as the particulars and as extensive as the details of the claque’s collusion with Big Business proponents who have got in league with the Tower ~Hamlets Council with the aim of taking over the land and the spaces in the East End of London under covers of plausible projects but in reality for the benefit of Big Business And to benefit the City of London-linked exploiters at the expense of the people of the East End of London the ordinary population in the borough in the end.
This is seen in the dishonest behaviour of the clique that was fronted by Christine Gilbert at the time.
Gilbert as chief executive in the Council made a most untrue assertion about the actual policy of the clique on Crossrail.
This concerned the so-called cabinet meeting of 6 October 2004.
The Khoodeelaar! campaign observed the meeting and it was clear that the community’s serious opposition to the Council’s collusion with the Crossrail scam [it was not a Bill in Parliament yet - that took place nearly 4 months later] was being sidelined by the clique.
So the Khoodeelaar! campaign organised for the relevant aspect of the community's questions to be put to Christine Gilbert in the context of the clique's conduct.
It was never expected that Gilbert would come out with an admission that her clique was in the wrong. Or that the clique had let the community down.
But it was essential for the purpose of extensive evidential processing of her conduct that she was given the opportunity to come clean and admit that her clique had indeed been in the wrong.
Regardless of the actual final position Gilbert would take on the subject under reference, it was expected that she should show normal courtesy and behave in accordance with the rules that require the ‘chief officer’ of the local council to properly and timely acknowledge communications she received.
What did Gilbert do?
Did she behave in accordance with the standards expected of the town clerk?
She behaved with undue delay.
She pretended that she had not received the communications containing the questions.
Was that exceptional?
The answer, on the facts, is that NO.
CHRISTINE Gilbert behaved with the same prejudice and with the same lack of accountability towards the whole population in Tower Hamlets that had been the feature of the Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique for decades.
That is why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign has had to establish new criteria so that the history of neglect as shown by the ‘elected’ local council to the people in whose name the council is ‘elected’ is not repeated. That the people are offered accountable representation by the ‘elected’ council.
That was the only way in which the community’s interests could be defended.
That was the only way that the Crossrail hole attacks could be stopped.
Christine Gilbert behaved with no regard for the constitutional duties of the local Council. She behaved opportunistically and on the assumption that there would no ‘issue made on the floor of the council’ by any of the ‘elected members on the 'Tower Hamlets Council'’.
She showed no recognition of the fact that her conduct, her role and the implications of her conduct and of her role could indeed be challenged in court.
Or did she think that the Khoodeelaar! campaign notes to her and to her clique saying that a time would come when their abuse of power and their collusion with the agenda of the Big Business would be challenged in court was not part of the real programme of action ?
How similar was Christine Gilbert’s disrespect to the ordinary codes of ethical, unaccountable behaviour to the disrespect shown to ethics, morality and the norms of constitutionality by the bureaucracy set up in the name of the ‘House of Lords’ that has been in fact peddling the Crossrail hole plotting agenda desired by Big Business, a la Bechtel of USA ?
