1015 Hrs GMT 1115 Hrs UKTime London Thursday 22 May 2008:

KHOODEELAAR! No to ‘Crossrail hole plot scheme, scam Bill’ [the ‘hybrid’ ‘Crossrail Bill’ now being put through the motion in the UK ‘legislative’ House of Lords] CAMPAIGN brings up to date the evidence, dated 13 November 2007 of just how comprehensively ethical, transparent, accurate and constitutional our campaign has been against the CRASS ‘Crossrail’ London scam.

We show this new and the latest updated evidence that the ‘utterances’ as delivered through the mouth of the formally placed chair of the ‘House of Lord Crossrail Bill Select Committee’ about Khoodeelaar! and about the Khoodeelaar! organiser in March 2008 when the Khoodeelaar! campaign representative was not present, WERE untrue, untruthful and very seriously STUPID.

Why STUPID?

Answer:
That the ‘Select committee’’ [the use of the ‘we’ in context] was not aware as to what the intentions were of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the Crossrail Bill...

Because in those utterances, the maker of the utterances was claiming that the ‘select committee administration’ did not know what Khoodeelaar! had to say. Or what Khoodeelaar! would say. Or whether Khoodeelaar! would be represented in the proceedings ....

ALL of those were untrue. They were plain lies.

And they were STUPID because the man who made those utterances had already HEARD the Khoodeelaar! organiser summarise the Khoodeelaar! constitutional, evidential, technical, environmental;l, economic, political, social to Crossrail.

Where had the man heard it?

In the Hanbury STREET itself.

In February 2008, four members of the ‘Crossrail Bill Select Committee’ in the House of Lords actually visited Hanbury Street [as they did other parts in London E1 area being defended by Khoodeelaar! against the Crossrail hole plot].

The man who made the false utterances in March 2008 in the Select Committee misrepresenting the Khoodeelaar! position, stood literally only yards from Muhammad Haque.

As did the other three members of that Committee. As did a number of others, included in the ‘entourage’ who included BOTH members of staff who were most noticeably associated with the Crossrail hole Bill ‘Select Committee’ in the House of Lords.

In that summary Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque made comments that created visibly positive responses and reactions from and in the 'visiting' PEERS!

And the entire event was RECORDED BY THREE camera crews from three TV stations!

And the Muhammad Haque speech was witnessed by at least 100 other people, most of them part of the Khoodeelaar! demonstration against Crossrail that took place at that time in the Hanbury Street....

The facts are that the Khoodeelaar! campaign had been during November, December 2007 in telephone e-mail contacts with the pre-formal stage personnel stated to be engaged in putting together the formal committee administration [which eventually came to be 'operational' during 2008].

Notice that word,’pre-formal’ devised by Khoodeelaar! to accurately reflect the situation at the time and for months.

That ‘pre-formal’ was the heading to over 30 specially authored representations sent to the ‘Crossrail Bill Select committee e-mail address’ BEFORE the idiotic references to Khoodeelaar! were made in March 2008.

ALL the ‘pre-formal’ communications were amply stated and there was NOTHING evidentially that could not be already discerned from these submissions about the rationale of the Khoodeelaar! opposition to the Crossrail scam.

ALL the communications were pro-active from Khoodeelaar! and that the communications were initiated by Khoodeelaar! to prepare al concerned in the ‘House of Lords of what Khoodeelaar! would be saying against Crossrail. And on WHY Khoodeelaar! would be saying against Crossrail. And HOW Khoodeelaar! would be saying what against Crossrail..

FAO [personnel concerned with the still not formally announced ‘select committee’ on ‘the Crossrail bill’]

The Khoodeelaar! Formal petition to
THE UK HOUSE OF LORDS AGAINST THE HYBRID 'CROSSRAIL
BILL'

Following our last e-mail sent to you on Monday, we
decided to send the material today, after discovering
some information about what was going on in the house
of commons.

We note the appearance of the 'secretary state fur
transport' Ruth Kelly before a HOUSE OF COMMONS
committee on Monday 12.11.2007.

In our petition [the procedure and formal structure,
addressing etc of which will be finalised upon our
receipt of the guidance that is being still prepared
by yourselves] , we shall refer to a number of the
factual issues that have arisen both during Ruth Kelly's
latest statements as well as the relevant questions
as put to her by members of that committee.

We are letting you know, at this stage by way of
information for any relevant advance preparation/s on
your [plural] parts, that our campaign AGAINST the
CROSSRAIL [HOLE PLOT] Bill has been thoroughly in
accord with the principles of universally verifiable
and recognisable constitutionality and that we have
found that such standards of constitutionality that we
have ourselves adhered to in our various and detailed
inquiries of the Secretary of State [as the promoter
to date] in this matter of our serious objections to
the contents and the implications of the 'Crossrail
Bill' have not been even acknowledged let alone
expressly recognised by the succession of holders of
the office of Secretary of state...]. This really is
the reason why we shall seek to draw to the attention
of the upper house committee concerned the most
serious flaws and defects in the present [the current] 'CRASSRail' London , scheme.

We are aware of the constitutional options beyond and
after the process in the Upper chamber is [has been]
formally concluded on this matter
At this time we are making appropriate demands and representations both to the Secretary of State as well as to any other backers of this
seriously irresponsibly promoted scheme that in our view will nit address the main transport needs of London and will be an unwarranted waste of a lot of money from the public sector.

Yours sincerely
Muhammad Haque
