How did he do that?
Didn’t the ‘media’ who were giving Woodhead the platforms know the facts, the truth of what was going on?
The answer is that they did. But they did not care enough to put a halt to the lying time-server...
And the lying self-server.
Woodhead lied when he allowed his mistress Ruth Miskin to be given OFSTED publicity...
He let her have the OFSTED publicity without declaring that he was sleeping with her...He also allowed OFSTED bureaucracy to give Ruth Miskin that particular publicity without showing any interest in making sure that he was not abusing his position or that he was not compromising OFSTED’s neutrality, independence and objectivity...
That grotesque abuse of position by Woodhead was typical of the morally compromised man.
Yet the media generally and the so-called specialist education media in London allowed Woodhead the positive spot that he would not deserve had there been any moral standards.
And therein lies the problem of how the 'mainstream British media' and the allied associated institutions cause and contribute to the creation of unaccountability. How they perpetuate lack of accountability. How they thus make it impossible for any standards to be established fro any sustained amounts of time in society.
For Chris Woodhead was NEVER a deeply thoughtful man in possession of original thoughts and ideas about society.

For Ruth Miskin was given the publicity for her enterprising ‘work’ whilst she was at the primary school that is situated iN Tower Hamlets.... By ALL standards of scrutiny, evaluation and assessment, the behaviour of Ruth Miskin whilst she was ta that school In Tower Hamlets,maws no different from the behaviour of the ‘average;’ headteacher to be found in a comparable other school in the same borough at that time.
Whatever ‘edge’ the media ascribed and attributed to Ruth Miskin, was really not real.
It was spin.

Desperate to keep his re-election [as scheduled for May 2008] propaganda looking real, as compared to the destabilisation that now looms around Gordon Brown’s administration, 'Undone mayor' Ken Livingstone has embarked today on abusing the state of the East End of London to give a boost to the image of the discredited Crossrail.
Livingstone has issued today a news release that is full of holes. He makes no direct statement, instead he refers to en employee of the GLA to promote the latest lie as 'fact'.
Livingstone’s spin released today quotes him as stating as follows: -
'Third, as Doug Oakervee has outlined, I am determined to ensure that people living in East London can take up the thousands of jobs that Crossrail will offer - Cross London Rail Links limited has estimated that as many as 14,000 jobs will be created, many of these in the construction industry. I will ensure that the relevant agencies in London provide the right training and opportunities so that Londoners from all its diverse communities have the chance to work on this flagship project."
This is another lying spin by Livingstone.
Livingstone is doing this to undermine the campaign against CrossRail lies in the East End
Livingstone’s lying will cost people in London dear.
Estimate of 14000 jobs does NOT mean that the jobs are there! It is a brazen, shameless lie and it must be nailed immediately.
Even Livingstone cannot fast-forward 10 years and make 2007 appear as 2017.
East London has been and continues to be a deeply disenfranchised area because of the corrupt policies of the local institutions. Many of those policies are continuations of the ones first introduced by the egotistic post -hungry Livingstone at the GLC over 20 years ago whereby the corrupting and the disenfranchising, pro-racist ethnicity-linked diseducation of an entire generation and of successive communities was being undertaken. We have across ALL inner London in October 2007 serious skills deficit manifest in the very people in whose name Livingstone is making this latest irresponsible and untruthful claim.
The local schools and other institutions have been and are failing – as they had been allowed to underestimate and under-inspire the overall potentials when Livingstone was setting the corrupting agenda on the GLC.
Livingstone aided the pro-racist programme of ethnicity-linked corruption by the then Inner London Education Authority [ILEA] which created a new bureaucratic of ethnic surrogates employed to preach the lies of Livingstone and other pernicious holders of pubic office.
Just like the Olympics 2012 stunt, the CRASSrail hole Bill lies are going to expose the lying calculating abuse of office that Livingstone has been involved in.
There is no jobs in CRASSrail for local people. As there never was meant to be. The ‘benefits’ the CRASSrail hole liars keep talking about is the worst possible benefit that any dignified people could be expected to be associated with. It is the most socially condemned welfare cycle and trap to which the mis-educated, the ill educated and the otherwise violated are condemned.

So he is now embarking on a series of spins to talk up the sinking CRASSrail scheme.

Desperate to keep his re-election [as scheduled for May 2008] propaganda looking real, as compared to the destabilisation that now looms around Gordon Brown’s administration, 'Undone mayor' Ken Livingstone has embarked today on abusing the state of the East End of London to give a boost to the image of the discredited Crossrail.
Livingstone has issued today a news release that is full of holes. He makes no direct statement, instead he refers to en employee of the GLA to promote the latest lie as 'fact'.
Livingstone’s spin released today quotes him as stating as follows: -
'Third, as Doug Oakervee has outlined, I am determined to ensure that people living in East London can take up the thousands of jobs that Crossrail will offer - Cross London Rail Links limited has estimated that as many as 14,000 jobs will be created, many of these in the construction industry. I will ensure that the relevant agencies in London provide the right training and opportunities so that Londoners from all its diverse communities have the chance to work on this flagship project."
This is another lying spin by Livingstone.
Livingstone is doing this to undermine the campaign against CrossRail lies in the East End
Livingstone’s lying will cost people in London dear.
Estimate of 14000 jobs does NOT mean that the jobs are there! It is a brazen, shameless lie and it must be nailed immediately.
Even Livingstone cannot fast-forward 10 years and make 2007 appear as 2017.
East London has been and continues to be a deeply disenfranchised area because of the corrupt policies of the local institutions. Many of those policies are continuations of the ones first introduced by the egotistic post -hungry Livingstone at the GLC over 20 years ago whereby the corrupting and the disenfranchising, pro-racist ethnicity-linked diseducation of an entire generation and of successive communities was being undertaken. We have across ALL inner London in October 2007 serious skills deficit manifest in the very people in whose name Livingstone is making this latest irresponsible and untruthful claim.
The local schools and other institutions have been and are failing – as they had been allowed to underestimate and under-inspire the overall potentials when Livingstone was setting the corrupting agenda on the GLC.
Livingstone aided the pro-racist programme of ethnicity-linked corruption by the then Inner London Education Authority [ILEA] which created a new bureaucratic of ethnic surrogates employed to preach the lies of Livingstone and other pernicious holders of pubic office.
Just like the Olympics 2012 stunt, the CRASSrail hole Bill lies are going to expose the lying calculating abuse of office that Livingstone has been involved in.
There is no jobs in CRASSrail for local people. As there never was meant to be. The ‘benefits’ the CRASSrail hole liars keep talking about is the worst possible benefit that any dignified people could be expected to be associated with. It is the most socially condemned welfare cycle and trap to which the mis-educated, the ill educated and the otherwise violated are condemned.

But Livingstone also knows that CRASSrail may in the end come unstuck and with it Livingstone’s very own next plans for the remainder of his egotistic ambitions at the expense of the people of London.
So he is now embarking on a series of spins to talk up the sinking CRASSrail scheme.

The indecency in the proceedings was exhibited in the undignified indulgence in plastic exchange of courtesy that took place between the bureaucracy of the select committee and the fronters of the promoters..on each ritualistic occasion ..
The exchanges were obscene. Just as they would be in any other place that is supposed to be the forum for the ethical, the accountable, the transparent advocacy of the rights, the thoughts and the demands of the people....
What took place on each occasion the committee sat in the so-called;d formal session was a disgrace. A scandal.
As on the occasion when an 80- year old objector to the Crossrail Bill was shouted at by the apparent chair of the committee...
The same apparent chair that had been in fact among the peers that peered into the abyss of the Crossrail hole site that they ‘visited’ on 20 February 2008...
That was in Hanbury Street off Brick Lane London E1.
So what ‘changed’ between 20 February 2008 and the day when the peer apparently chairing the Crossrail hole Bill Select Committee in the House of Lords, burst out, repeatedly and incoherently and most audibly unconstitutionally against and at the 80 year old woman who was there to oppose the Crossrail hole Bill as it affected the East End of ~London ?
Had the peer undergone a brain surgery?
Or had someone inserted something into the physical entity of his being where thinking, reasoning and constitutionality should be expected to exist, if not necessarily to function?

DISSECTING THE LUDICROUS BEHAVIOUR in PARLIAMENT OF THE STOOGED SELECT COMMITTEE IN THE NAME of the UK HOUSE OF LORDS and under the de facto influence of Big BUSINESS and assorted corrupting ‘professional ’ lobbyists and lying lawyers that have been peddling the lies in the ‘palace of Westminster’....
What is the ‘ludicrous behaviour’ that I am talking about?
Short answer is this:
The UK Houses of Parliament are behaving ludicrously.
Most of the times.
They are not representing the people on most things. they are participating in promoting the line that the UK Executive [that is the 'Government' of the day - more on that concept, later] is proposing...
This is to be understood even in the week when the latest charade of rebellion is being hyped up in propaganda terms by the pliant, servile media. Servile to the Executive. Serving the propaganda purpose of the paraders of democracy in the name of Parliament...
There is no rigourous parliament in Britain.
Never has been. ......
And as I have said, the ‘nearest’ moment in historic terms that can be found when parliament was in in any real sense ‘sovereign’ and active was when Oliver Cromwell did those unconstitutional things. But then Cromwell was not sustainable. And there were more questions than answers in what he did.
Dreadful dire things.
Not really democratic.
Not really sustainable.
Not really just. Not in the end...
But as moments of what could be done in asserting a real rebellion, his activities were undeniably representative.
Citable....
Since Cromwell’s time, and since the reversal of his actions, the behaviour of Parliament has been a token.

One Peter Lilley, who defied his notoriety as one of Major’s bastards and behaved like he was officially in an officially Tory Government but he believed in the bankrupt ‘ideals and values’ that the Neil Kinnock Party ‘gloried in and exhibited’.
The other was Gillian Shepherd. The so-called Education Secretary.
She was the nearest example in John Major’s UK administration that resembled the corrupt, the immoral and the bankrupt policies exhibited by Ken Livingstone at the Ghastly Livingstone Confection [the GLC] or the Greedy Lying Conurbation during the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th and the 6th year of the decade of the 1980s when Thatcher was allegedly dismantling the GLC.
‘Value for money’ , the phrase that Wheatcroft kept uttering as she spoke to Tim Donovan on the BBC TV programme ‘the Politics Show’ [London segment, broadcast on Sunday 8 June 2008] is total, utter and complete rubbish if it is the main ‘concept’ that defines and determines conduct of the holders of public office as far as the money available to the operation of the ‘mayor’ in the name of London.
And Tim Donavan let himself down by not going over the key failures of the Lyingstill Livingstone's maladministration. For without that checklist - although even the Donovan list was far from complete when articulated in the months before 1 May 2008 - the people who watched that edition on 8 June 2008 would not know what to expect.
And the less said about John Biggs the better!
Strangely, there is nothing to John Biggs. Politically. Ethically. Democratically. Not as far as his being in the political office is anything to go by.

Boris Johnson, the 'successor' to Ken Livingstone in the name of London, will FAIL as Livingstone if Johnson does not show he is NOT another liar
How could Johnson possibly unravel? And do so faster than his 'advisers' and himself, may think?
This may happen by Johnson not realising - and by his not behaving in accordance with that unimplemented realisation - that his 'team' as he has appointed so far, does not constitute a democratic, ethical, accountable improvement at all on what Ken Livingstone had created....
I shall show how Boris Johnson has got things wrong so far . I have already said that Johnson is guilty of a major mistake in attacking the Scottish people.
As I have said on hundreds of occasions before, it is not acceptable for anyone doing 'political representation' in the name of the people of London to attack another people. Especially not the Scottish people., In context. I shall return to the Johnson wrong over Scotland in a late part.

She was the nearest example in John Major’s UK administration in the 1990s that resembled the corrupt, the immoral and the bankrupt policies exhibited by Ken Livingstone at the Ghastly Livingstone Confection [the GLC] or the Greedy Lying Conurbation during the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th and the 6th years of the decade of the 1980s when Margaret Thatcher was allegedly dismantling the GLC.
‘Value for money’ , the phrase that Wheatcroft kept uttering as she spoke to Tim Donovan on the BBC TV programme ‘the Politics Show’ [London segment, broadcast on Sunday 8 June 2008] is total, utter and complete rubbish if it is the main ‘concept’ that defines and determines conduct of the holders of public office as far as the money available to the operation of the ‘mayor’ in the name of London.
And Tim Donavan [the BBC TV London political editor] let himself down by not going over the key failures of the Lyingstill Livingstone's maladministration.
For without that checklist - although even the Donovan list was far from complete when articulated in the months before 1 May 2008 - the people who watched that edition on 8 June 2008 would not know the NEW SITUATION.
There ha got to be a political perspectives and sufficient political context shown in the BBC’s packaging and the presenting of events...
And the less said about John Biggs the better!
Strangely, there is nothing to John Biggs. Politically. Ethically. Democratically. Not as far as his being in the political office is anything to go by.
He is politically as empty as he is amoral.

Boris Johnson, the 'successor' to Ken Livingstone in the name of London, will FAIL as Livingstone if Johnson does not show he is NOT another liar
How could Johnson possibly unravel? And do so faster than his 'advisers' and himself, may think?
This may happen by Johnson not realising - and by his not behaving in accordance with that unimplemented realisation - that his 'team' as he has appointed so far, does not constitute a democratic, ethical, accountable improvement at all on what Ken Livingstone had created....
I shall show how Boris Johnson has got things wrong so far . I have already said that Johnson is guilty of a major mistake in attacking the Scottish people.
As I have said on hundreds of occasions before, it is not acceptable for anyone doing 'political representation' in the name of the people of London to attack another people. Especially not the Scottish people., In context. I shall return to the Johnson wrong over Scotland in a late part.
I begin this by looking at Patience Wheatcroft. I shall examine her in a number of parts in this commentary.
Patience Wheatcroft has shown, so far, that she is an alien. To London. And to the idea of accountability.
Contrary to the image that she is involved in promoting for herself and for Boris Johnson, her ‘boss’. I note for the record and as evidence the point she is making so far about not being paid [and also in not being interested in being paid] for her job at Boris Johnson's Onion!
